Mike Burney was terrific - patient, followed through, and delivered on his promises. The shipment arrived on time and on schedule. From my first phone call to the opening of the last crate, the professionalism and consideration afforded to our family was wonderful.

Our coordinator, Tammy, was personable, attentive and all together fantastic. Our driver, Shane, was equally fantastic. He was thorough, attentive, accommodating, very personable and lead each cities' team efficiently.

On loading day the movers were on time, took great care in protecting my items, reassured me along the way that everything would fit, and were very friendly. On delivery day the movers were on time, took care to protect our home, asked questions about things they weren't sure about, and left things clean when they left. They did destroy an already damaged bookshelf, but I was prepared for that. They did not tell me it was broken - they placed it in a far corner in the designated room and placed a lot of oth

Very nice and professional staff

Overall the move experience was good. There was some confusion on the delivery date which was not correctly scheduled on the system by mistake. But still Mayflower worked out at last min delivery by end of the day.

It was great. The team worked quick and efficiently. Although we think a couple items may have been lost. Although there is no way or tracking that.

I was really impressed with how smoothly everything went with my cross country move. The movers were all so kind and professional, the communication was great, and all of my stuff arrived without issue. Would use this moving company again.

Overall was a pretty seamless process. Everything was picked up and delivered on the dates I was given. Everyone was friendly. Cost was a little high, but not much of an issue due to getting reimbursed by my husband’s employer.

The packers were excellent in their care and expertise and the movers and unpackers went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of before they left.

The overall experience was fine. However, I wasn't notified until 7 pm the night before the move, so I couldn't get the certified check needed for the payment. That made for a messy mix up when the delivery people arrived.

Everything was packed really well and shipment arrived on time.

The Mayflower personnel were professional and friendly. They packed our furniture extremely well, nothing was broken when we received our furniture at our new home.

The review of items to be moved made packing easier as the number and size of the cartons were listed. Movers packed the cartons and other efficiently. When it arrived at destination, movers put the cartons where I wanted. Everything was done very efficiently.

The driver of the moving van and his wife were great to work with and very efficient. Keith was very informative with arrival dates and during the actual loading and unloading. Can't say enough good about his effort to make it a smooth move.

We have moved with Mayflower a few times already and lucky enough to work with Michelle Carney. This move from Colorado to Oregon was pretty close to flawless. Michelle is excellent at communicating and following up at every step. Steven the driver and his teams on both ends were the best. Also, the third party service providers that Mayflower contracted were friendly and professional.

Everything went as promised. Everyone from the sales person, move coordinator, the moving crew, and the packers were quality folks and took great care of us.

The packers, movers, and driver were all very respectful of our belongings and very personable as they worked with us. It was nice they asked questions about things we might not have thought of beforehand. For example....is this moving to the same room at the new location? They weren't on auto pilot . If they didn't know, they asked and that was great.

Moving out was chaotic and some things got packed despite instructions. This was not caused by Mike who monitored the move very well and in good spirits. Moving in less chaotic but one member of team seemed angry we did not stand by stairs and instruct him where to place boxes which were usually labeled. In contrast, Mike very cheerful and easy to work with.

Michelle Carney was an amazing help for squeezing me into the tight schedule. The van driver Christian was also very helpful. My only gripe would be the regional helpers that are only there to assist with packing and unloading. Since they're contracted and not apart of the full move, they don't take as much care as the van driver does.

Well I thought I had to pack things for the movers. So I packed like crazy and I'm terribly disabled so it was excruciating. They came the day they were to pack and I was crying bc I thought I had to have everything packed so when the Packers came, I would have helped them. What a good! They said we'll come tomorrow when the truck is here at 8:00a and they were 1/2 hr early and they were the BEST packers and movers I've ever seen. Overall was positive. Movers were courteous and quick in packing / unpacking. We did lose some items in the move (a tote, all TV mounting screws, game chair cushion, etc.). Also, a small TV stand was broken as well as the office desk keyboard tray. Additionally, items from different rooms were mixed into single cartons that made no sense (master bedroom with kitchen). This happened with multiple cartons. Finally, there were some items that were not treated with care. For example, a small jewelry kee
