Mayflower agent was the only mover interested in making a visit to view the materials to be moved! They also were the only mover that included insurance for the goods with the quotation.

The whole move process exceeded my expectations! My driver Chris was wonderful and so were his loader and unloader. I have been recommending Mayflower to others. I was nervous about who to choose for moving and was so pleased.

Packing team in MN was excellent and the one in Las Vegas was average. Thought communication from local office was a bit lacking from when first booking the job. I always had to initiate communication to find out more details until basically 48 hours prior to pack when the Mpls office called. Driver, Richard was good and coordinated things well. Got my goods to Las Vegas ahead of projected time

Everything was amazing from start to finish. Ryan was great from the get go and was super responsive and helpful through several changes to the move date and in answering my many many questions. Steve, the driver, was also awesome. Great, timely and accurate communication from both of them. And the load in/out crews were super efficient and did a great job with our stuff.

The crew was helpful and professional. They handled my things with care and even helped with last minute packing I had yet to finish.

Positives: Good group, good team, caring and considerate. Great on the frontside with the survey and quotation, customer support. Negatives: Movers were always late. Spent too much time group chatting and laughing while working = productivity about 50-60% Meaning they could have got done at least a day earlier and interrupted our schedules too much by being late and slow.

Our movers were great. Chris was the lead, and everyone working with him both in Minneapolis and in Raleigh were awesome. We weren't expecting to receive our belonging so quickly so that was a nice surprise too!

Everyone was professional, helpful and respectful plus knowledgeable. I was updated with any progress changes.

I very much liked that the salesperson came to the condo and so had a clear understanding of the items to be moved. I was not happy with the communications after receiving the written estimate. We had a great deal of miscommunication via email. I am sure some of it was due to my inexperience, but I doubt I was a totally atypical client. Great experience! Moving is not fun for anyone but mayflower made it pretty seamless. My only complaint is that the local team in PA didn’t call before they came, but the actual moving process was simple and the Minnesota team was particularly great!!

Picked everything up exactly when they said they would and delivered it exactly when they said they would. Friendly moving crew who were attentive to everything we asked of them. As far as we can tell, everything that was shipped arrived with only a few minor repairs required that our sons could handle easily.
