The overall move experience was very good. From the very knowledgeable and friendly Michelle Dillard and Teresa Cruz who was very attentive and detailed. The moving crew's were hard working and very careful with our belongings. The delivery time estimated was met and I received timely updates/communication not only from Teresa, but the truck driver that delivered our things.

The move was so easy! From booming the move with Michelle to the regular follow-ups from Theresa to the actual move with Enoch and Jay. We couldn’t be more pleased and impressed!

Mayflower made the process smooth and easy. They kept us informed, arrived on time, and the loading and unloading crews were worked non-stop to get the job done. I was impressed with how every piece of furniture was wrapped to prevent damage and how they helped us finish taping boxes. The workers were courteous and professional and the rep we had, Theresa Cruz, was very helpful and helped lower my stress level with her professional and caring demeanor. Overall, Mayflower made our move simple.

Everything was fantastic except the truck broke down, delaying our delivery.

Teresa my move coordinator stayed in touch from the time I signed the contract to move until after the move was completed. She kept me informed and updated on the progress of the move. She was a pleasure to work with. Tony and Shane, my driver and mover, were fantastic. They were fast, efficient, courteous and personable. Overall the home visit was good. The packers were good. Just disappointed that it took 2 weeks to get the furniture and clothing.

Overall packers did an excellent job, so far with 95% unpacked only one item has been found damaged. Can’t say enough about our driver Rich and his loading team. Was very surprised to hear how quickly our load would arrive at new location. Offload was quick and efficient.

The process was easy from start to finish with lots of communication. The virtual survey made inventories easy.

The Move was very good. The workers were all well trained.

Everything about Community Moving and Storage was 100% professional and efficient. We especially enjoyed the constant communication leading up to our move, the move out date, and the move in date. It was already super stressful enough to have to deal with a cross country move, and Community Moving and Storage made it quite easy for us.

Tim Day went above and beyond! He is the most amazing person, during the move both going and delivering he took his time to make sure everything was done properly. Made us feel like family! Would recommend him to everyone.

From the first contact to the delivery of the last box everything was fantastic. The phone follow was great and having a personally assigned coordinator who stayed in contact on a regular basis was awesome. I could not have asked or anything more.

The move was really good. The driver was very professional and the crew that he had at my ST cloud address was amazing !!!! The KC group was good but the St. Cloud group totally rocked my move.

Mayflower did a great job of walking us through the process and keeping us updated from pickup to final delivery.

They were on time and efficiently loaded our belongings. When they delivered our belongings again they were on time . However they did not look at the markings on the boxes and when we told them to put unmarked boxes and tubs in the spare room they chose to put all of them in the spare room except where we told them to put the overflow.They removed the shelves in the freezer when they loaded up to utilize the space in the freezer. However they did not unload the freezer and of course they did not replace th
