Alyson Mattox was an absolute professional and I truly appreciated this very much. The belongings were delivered and although there is some damages it is in the hands of the claims department. All in all it was a delightful experience to deal with Mayflower. This is my second time to do so.

I have used Mayflower many times in my moves. I will continue to use them. They were very polite, courteous and listen to my needs. I did have a few items missing this last time but all in all the move was great.

Our original contact, Honey Grieb and co-ordinator Alyson Mattox of Command Relocation System, Thousand Palms CA, were helpful and organized. Our driver, Ken Bohanon and his partner were quick, efficient and helpful. Our only complaint is that one of our boxes has gone missing and a piece of our office desk was broken, rendering part of the item unusable. Ken tried to fix this as best he could but with a broken bracket, only so much could be done.
