The people who packed me in NY were wonderful. The people who delivered my things in FL were terrible. Everyone else in between related to this process was wonderful. That includes EVERYONE except the two men in FL who delivered my things. Absolutely everyone ELSE was wonderful, extremely accurate on estimating the contents of my NY home, and beyond helpful.

We were unsure about whether to use a moving company, such as yourself but after meeting with Michael Sparks, our worries were laid to rest. Once that decision was made, we had additional questions as we began to pack and question what to take or leave. Nicole Delia answered our questions and was reassuring. The only slow reaction time was when we sent in a list of changes and we didn’t receive a response until I called. Then she was very helpful. When the movers, Al, JP and John arrived to pack

Quote, the move coordinator and the deliver were great. So nice and helpful and professional. Pickup was crazy. They showed up with 6-8 guys which was fast but I wasn't expecting so many people on my house I was told 2-3. They loaders were nice but the manager was a little rude and consinsending. I was especially mad he didn't fill out the forms completely on condition of property in front of me. He pressured me to sign them and assured me he would full it I'm right. Come to find out he put the Condition

Move went relatively well. The crew that came to load the truck was very professional and friendly. They worked well together and very efficiently. The crew that came to unload the truck were also friendly, however it appeared that they did not work as well together as I heard arguing between the driver and one of the crew members. Plus there was some confusion as to what they could put together, which differed from what we were told.

Mike/Jim definitely had a great crew in New York with Robert and Kevin and also in Michigan Bob and Dan. They were very attentive and anything we questioned or asked was doable. They definitely were polite and enjoyed working together…

From the very beginning the staff was helpful and professional-a true pleasure to work with everyone!

The driver Joe and his crew did an excellent job at packing and they were very friendly

Was very happy with how everything went. They were in and out quickly and everything was delivered in perfect condition. They were always on hand to answer any questions and great follow up. Couldn’t be any happier with Mark the driver. He did an excellent job.

The local reps Brian and Joanne were excellent as they knew there stuff and communicated effectively. They responded very quickly to all questions. Only downside was some damage to some items which luckily were low value

Driver and movers at both ends were efficient, professional and courteous. Also the support staff in Buffalo.

Excellent support by Brian. Made me feel comfortable with the move. He was never pushy or asking for extra. He was on point with details.
