Everyone I dealt with on the phone and the pick up of my stuff to the drop off, everybody was very nice and helpful!!!

All is well except I am missing the power cord to my reclining chair from RC Willy and a Pendleton king size Bed Quilt and 2 pillow shams. RC Willy said they would call back with the cost. I have searched the house and have not found either of the items. son Nathan talked to Austin who said the chair part was in the box parts, but it isn't. If either urn up, I will send a note.

Pickup went fine but somewhere during transfer to van or in transit damages occurred. Claim filed and completed.

Oh my gosh! It was terrific! The 3 men who put everything in a crate on the truck were exceptional! I wish I had tipped them! I didn't even think about it at the time. They were so kind and made sure nothing got damaged. And when the truck got to Florida my brother was there to accept everything and he said the same thing - the men who unloaded the truck were professional, nice, happy and made sure nothing got damaged! I cannot say enough about how well it all went. Oh - and the truck got to Florida

The packers did an excellent job of packing the house. Nothing was broken except one lamp shade. The driver and helpers loaded the truck and unloaded in the new house without a problem. They were on time and did a great job.

It went well but you were four days past the delivery window and I’m still waiting for a damage claim to process. I appreciate the $100.00 per day on the late delivery but it only covered half of our expenses.

Tyler Anderson provided exceptional recommendations on the best way to transport our households good from Nevada to South Carolina. He left no stone unturned to ensure we received the best value on a very short notice. Veronica Carillo always kept us updated and answered questions quickly. Fred Dale, our mover, is second to none. This was our 9th move and he is the best by far.

In the beginning the movers were very nice, helping get things packed up, very friendly. Unfortunately they rushed through unloading and didn't put many things back together that they took completely apart. And said they had overextended their kindness, because I asked them to move the furniture in the living room a couple of times, which in the beginning they said they would be happy to do. Overall I’m happy with my move experience

The packing, loading and move to storage was excellent. I found that some paint was chipped off the newly painted wall upstairs and a small scratch on the stairway. Otherwise everything went really well. The driver and workers were all professional and worked really hard. The delivery took a little longer than expected but once it got here that went well too.

Overall the move was good. A few items were broken ,like my TV. The only negative comment I have is the packaging was too mixed. I found tools from garage mixed with items from the kitchen. The boxes in general looked like the packer started in one area then went to another area to finish that box.

Overall experience was great, though loaders and unloaders seem to be in a hurry. Minor damages & auto clothes, drawers, and dressers now scrape and don’t auto close properly anymore.

I chose mayflower because even though they were the most expensive, I thought the move would go smoothly. The people who came to help us pack were amazing. Nothing they packed was broken, even fragile items... A+. The people who came to load the truck as we moved out were late, rushed and disorganized. Six large items we had arranged with Tyler to be picked up (and paid for) did not get loaded: 2 heavy garden statues, 1 file cabinet, all the garden tools, 1 Dewalt Chop Saw, and 1 faux potted plant.
