I was happy with our experience with Mayflower. Bree our coordinator was extremely helpful, and managed to pull our move forward by one day which was greatly appreciated. I had damage to my wood floor by a third party, and Bree helped to get a quote for repair to the floor.

This was my first cross-country move using a company. Ron was very helpful and explained everything that would happen and answered all of my questions.

Overall everything was great, with the only problem being the movers were too rushed packing from the pickup house, resulting in some items packed and move that were not on the list and other items on the list not being packed. This resulted in us getting items we didn't want and not getting others we did want and them having to make other arrangements.

My shipment was over two weeks late and when it did arrive essential items were missing and several items were damaged.

Move went off without a hitch! There was one piece of furniture that was damaged. Haven't heard anything from corporate about that yet. The move itself was fine and the movers were wonderful.

The pick up team was not fully prepared. Did not bring mattress protective covers or boxes. And did not bring the tv box. At destination, the tv stand screws were missing and I was forced to purchase them. I was unable to use my tv for a week.

I was highly impressed with the whole experience. Lisa and her crew did an outstanding job of packing. Mike and Kyle were the best. Everyone was very sensative, worked with our desires. positive, paid attention to detail, and highly professional. In the end they felt like "friends."

Had 2 previous interstate moves with very little damage. No claims. Had more serious damage to furniture than ever had on this move. Incorrect move/arrival date given. No copy of inventory seen or given untiI requested after move, Still signed w/o seeing inventory list at inventorier's behest. (I don't like to sign anything without reading) and questioned. Assured me it was okay and office would send copy. United Van Line's deliverer asked questions about damage at delivery time & showed pictures of damage he saw from his warehouse pickup (his CYA). Questioned me about damage when I mentioned. Showed me lies written on his inventory list regarding damage I supposedly stated "damage was done prior to move" and "I told them I aware of damage at pickup." This was on new damages. Items were damaged at the time of pickup or unloading in warehouse in Fayetteville, and electronic inventory list changed. CAN TOLERATE HONESTY, BUT NOT LIES. No inventory given me until requested after move.

We had told you at the beginning how much room you would need in the truck because we had moved down frim Alaska in a 53' high cube but you tried to share a part of the truck with another and we were short exactly that amount and had to do a second shipment to cimplete the move. Otherwise we were very happy with your wonderful service.

The driver arrive promptly had lined up experienced people to load and pack to provide protection of items being moved. Driver arrive promptly at new location and had secured professional help to unload. all in all the personnel was courteous and accommodating. We were very pleased as to how smooth the move went. Thank you Mayflower.
