The people were friendly and helpful in many ways, but some HV items were not taken care of as well as would expect.

We moved from Conway, AR to Seattle, WA. I interviewed more than one moving company. Karen Boulton (firstname.lastname@example.org) came to our home, and the interaction with her during that time is what convinced me I should go with Mayflower. I was extremely pleased with every step of the process. Both Karen and our moving coordinator, Molly Goddard (email@example.com), were extremely knowledgeable and responsive. Our questions were responded to quickly and they checked on the status of each step to ensure we were satisfied.

Overall experience was excellent.. especially due to the truck driver and the estimator and the relocation coordinator. The packers needed some encouragement to finish packing but it was a big job.

The initial phase off my experience was great. The haulers courtney and Andrew were GREAT! The second half fair to poor. I realize I didn't receive all my small items. Boxes I had labeled were scattered throughout. I mentioned several times this fact to no avail. It took more than 8 hours to off load. The driver seemed overly irritated, boxes were stacked light weighted on the bottom and heavy on top. Just a mess

Movers were careless, items destroyed, items missing, poor communication from staff, poor customer service calls were not returned, name forged to inventory sheets.

First, I want you to know that this is my third move with a moving company and first time with Mayflower and this was by far the worst experience. Secondly, the team that packed and loaded did not pack according to any standard. We had multiple boxes that were unmarked and our items were thrown in boxes many without being wrapped or heavy items on top of light items. I have a compound bow that was not wrapped and thrown in a box, a TV arrived without any packaging, we are missing two bowls that the loading crew put in the front cab when they left and my living room side tables are missing the dowels that hold it together.

The movers mishandled our things and almost every box was dented or crushed. Boxes marked fragile were damaged.

Sent only 2 movers to load my belongings and took them over 9 hrs. If they had sent 3 men, the move would have been faster and more efficient and would have been only 4-6 hours!!

Professional and friendly. The loading took longer than anticipated and it seemed that our goods may not quite fit the truck but the driver managed to get everything on the truck. However, had I not taken back a load of goods in my truck, I am not sure it would have fit in the moving truck.
