Packers were excellent. I was told i would have 2 to 3 loaders plus the driver to expedite the load to done soomer. Only 1 loader plus the driver it took 8 hours to load.

The move experience with made easy due to Scott’s attention to detail and communication prior to the move. One big help was all the boxes that we’re providing free by Mayflower/Scott and the pre packing the day before we moved.

Moved several times over the years and by far this was the most efficient move. Staff was friendly and courteous.

We were very happy with the service provided by Scott,the packing team, and most especially the movers - Bo Howard, Clyde Billingsley, and Harry Gordon. Never had a moment of worry about our household possessions. All polite, hardworking, and respectful of our possessions.

Overall the move went well. Several things were damaged and no claim sheets were left.

Scott Heyman and his staff went above any beyond to make my move as smooth and easy as possible. Scott is pleasant, caring, professional and efficient. All the members of my moving team were as well, from Charles the driver to the ladies who packed to the young men who loaded the truck. I have moved 16 times in 20 years as my husband is retired military. This was one of the best moves I have made.

Overall good experience. Delivery was a bit chaotic. Boxes not marked clearly. Boxes stacked with label not visible. Poor instructions on how to file a claim
