Moves are by nature difficult but I always felt there was an honest effort on the part of all staff.

Very smooth from the initial contact, to Linda from Sullivan, to Jose the driver all was perfect.

Great communication, pleasant, competent packers/loaders, and Rich was an awesome driver/worker.

They kept in constant contact with me and let me know what was going on. They let me know the date and time they would arrive. They wrapped all the furniture and blankets and straps. They had respect for my stuff and the driver Wes and his crew were wonderful. Ms Jones kept in contact with me the whole time as well. I always knew what was going on.

Rich, Linda, Jeanne, and Doug the driver were great! The packers and unloading guys not so much, in fact I will never pay to have someone to pack again as it was that bad. The guys who unloaded were okay, it was really the two younger men that were polite and you could tell they cared. Their boss not so much he was just in a hurry and didnt really care.

Smooth as ever! Wonderful Linda and julie Great! Had everything coordinated down to minutes. Driver Mr Flentje was very accommodating and he had 2 great teams to move everything. Impressive all around! Took care with everything from moving items to covering carpet and maaking sure no “dings” Outstanding from beginning to end!

Overall experience was great. The loaders on both ends and the driver were all excellent. The weak link for our move was the packers at the departure point. They did not have enough help (Tried to pack up a 4573 sq ft house in two days with only two people (a third was there intermittently but never stayed very long). Our initial sales agent from Sullivan resigned. We would call his phone and no reply. We weren’t informed that he resigned until moving. “Linda” in the office assured us we would be ok. She was a confident mess! Not workable and certainly didn’t work with the customer OR listen to the customer. Her way or the Highway…arguing with us.

Robert, the team lead and driver, was amazing to work with. Friendly, efficient, and extremely professional. Both the team that loaded the truck in Maryland and the team that unloaded the truck in Arizona were great!

Tony and his crew were incredibly helpful, quick, and careful. Kim and her assistance and regular check-in, was great and very helpful also. I had a couple of changes late in the planning and she met them all with grace and kindness and made sure that all was good.

Our rep during the preparation stage was very helpful in providing the info we needed before the move and in making arrangements for alternative options while scheduling packing, pick-up and drop-off of my belongings.

Everything was better than perfect, except the delivery was a week late. The service was excellent, everyone we interacted with was very professional, we could not be more pleased with the service. The late delivery was a little frustrating, but we understand that these things are sometimes unavoidable, we are happy with the way the issue was resolved quickly and professionally. Thank you.

From communication, first ordering, follow-up, personal surveyor of my home and needs, the whole business end with checklists and contracts, everything was fully explained. Then the packers and the moving van driver (excellent and professional). The entire experience was flawlessly executed. Also, I shipped my car through Mayflower who contracted to Acme services, and that went just as smoothly.

Everything went smoothly and the communication was great.

Communication was good throughout the move. The crew did a good job protecting my belongings and loading the storage unit. The driver was very nice and efficient even when we had to change units.

The crews at both ends of the move were wonderful to work with. They were professional and definitely new what they were doing. They protected both the floors and doors which were used to move thru. They were enthusiastic and a joy to visit with.
