Your estimate representative Clay Smith (Casey Moving Systems) was awesome. He throughly explained services, met us at our storage facility (arrived on time), surveyed two large units, called us with an estimate the next day, explained more options, etc., promptly returned calls and we completed all the paperwork via email. He is a true asset for your business. Scott, our driver was also great. He too called and arrived on time and was very professional. He assessed our stuff to be moved and directed loading/unloading of the shuttle truck to his moving van. Care was taken to insure furniture and shop tools were protected with blankets and everything was handled such as to prevent any damage. Scott arrived as promised to unload. We have made 3 major moves, this is the first time there was no damages or breakages! Scott was professional from start to finish. The other team helpers were also very polite and very helpful unloading our belongings and putting them wherever we asked

The shipper was later with the delivery than I had expected and there was a little damage. However, I've moved several times and this appears to have been the most satisfying.

Excellent support from Clay Smith who made initial contact and came to the house, to Martha Rodriguez who kept that ever important communication pipeline open, through to Jeremiah who arrived on time, loaded with a smile, gave an ETA on delivery, and kept that communication flowing through to unload and thank you. Awesome team.

Driver and the unloaders very unprofessional. Driver tried to cover up damages by bribing me to buy a uhaul(he would pay) and load up my custom furniture in it to my house. The unloaders dragged my furniture on concrete and the way it was put in the storage was terrible. My wife an i had to go back rearrange things to put our bed and mattress in one unit. Due to the inabililty to store our furniture properly i had to go and purchase another unit because the driver and his teams poor work.

They left things they were told to take, some were inventoried and some were not. They took 14 hours to pack and load the truck. They were 3 days late delivering. The staff was pleasant but very tired and frustrated by the end of the pickup day.

I have used Mayflower twice for long distance moves. The first time there were some issues. This time NO ISSUES!! Thank you for making things so easy!

The people involved were nice and pleasant to work with. I'm not sure about damage yet, I know that my brand new refrigerator was damaged badly in the move. Looks like it was dropped and scraped along rocks or something.

My initial start searching for a mover, I read several reviews which all consisted of nightmares. I was a little concerned, but after contacting Mayflower I felt a little comfortable with their professionalism and friendliness. I can say from the start to the finish, it was a pleasant experience. If I had to move again I will not hesitate to contact Mayflower for the move!

My experience is colored by the fact that the movers damaged my house and didn't tell me. The driver did not really give me an opportunity to survey my home for damage after they had everything loaded and then when I put a claim in for the damage, he lied about it. Also, the movers were arguing amongst themselves, my neighbors saw it and I heard it. When my household goods arrived here, I had crushed boxes, damaged items and a lawnmower that does not work. I will say that the driver was nice to my face and the people who helped me secure the move were also nice and helped me file claims.

Our experience with Mayflower was very good. The office staff was helpful and friendly and the driver and loaders/unloaders were efficient and helpful. Nothing was broken or damaged throughout the process and we were very happy with the work that everyone did.

The movers were very careful and worked hard at packing us up. After that everything went down hill, they could not give us a time line like they said of 24 hours, we had to call several times to figure out when they were going to arrive with our belongings, they showed up late in the evening and expected that they would have to come back the next day to finish. Not happening, they were in a hurry and when they did arrive we saw that the other shipments that road with ours had shifted and fell on a big portion of our furniture, resulting in damage and glass breakage, also there are parts missing and not very organized with the screws and bolts to reassemble our furniture. We are very unhappy with the damage and missing parts of our furniture as we will have to replace most of the damaged furniture.
