The team who packed, loaded and unloaded for me was wonderful and professional. They were great ambassadors for your brand.

Done quickly but beds not put back together. China cabinet was not placed where I wanted it and pins that I needed for shelves were put in drawer of another cabinet which is wrapped for another move

The survey to get the scope of the move was well done. The load and delivery teams were hardworking and professional. The rep guiding my move was very quick and responsive to my questions and is assisting me with a few damaged and broken pieces.

The workers did exactly as I asked, and the items got here in a reasonable timeframe with no noticeable damage.

Driver always communicated with the progress. All items were in perfect condition upon arrival.

The loading crew were excellent. Two of my dresser draws had a start of a mouse nest and had dropping in it. My couch has to be cleaned because of the furniture pads. It is light gray. The crew who delivered didn’t know how to put the bed together. They weren’t professional.
