Very efficient workers Packed everything fast

This was my second snap move with Mayflower and both experiences were very good.

Susie and Kayla were great. They both responded quickly to email and texts. The movers themselves were fast and cooperative.

The Charlotte office was great. Loved their communication as well as cheerful attitude. The receiving company Dierks was beyond fabulous! On time delivery and Taz , Joey and Brandin paid special attention to every detail. They padded corners of the house, etc and were eager to help if placement of the items needed to be moved to another spot. What an asset they are to your company!

All American customer service was excellent. The movers were quick and efficient. The pack out in NC, where the guys helped pack some boxes was a little sloppy (numbers missing on some items, a few missing items—May have lost a box of low-cost items, but my empty jewelry box did have some emotional value).

Collins and his crew were amazing.
