Terrie Douglass from the Armstrong office, Jason and Michael were amazing! I made a huge mistake and didn't verify the date of my delivery (totally my fault) and Mayflower was ready to deliver my things sooner than I was able to receive them. Terri and Jason worked with me to help me find a solution and they were SO kind. I found a solution quickly, then Michael, the mover was able to deliver my belongings. He sent me pictures of my things, made sure they were secure and called me each step of the way. All

Quite a few of our boxes got smushed in the move. However, the loading and unloading teams and the driver were very friendly and great.

ALTHOUGH THE CREW FOR PICKUP WAS NOT THE SAME TEAM USED FOR DELIVERY, ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES WERE FRIENDLY AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL. THEY LEFT NO STONE UNTURNED TO GRANT MY EVERY REQUEST. THEY WERE GIVEN A TOUGH TASK AT MY NEW RESIDENCE WHERE THE SIZE OF THEIR VEHICLE DID NOT ALLOW ACCESS TO THE BEST SET OF DOORS FOR ENTRY. WITHOUT HESITATION OR COMPLAINT, THEY SIMPLY WALKED EACH HANDTRUCK OF MY POSESSIONS AN EXTRA 80 YARDS. COULD NOT BELIEVE THEIR OVERALL QUICKNESS AND EFFICIENCY. TRULY IMPRESSIVE.

Have some issues with finalizing the estimate. The drivers arrived during the estimated time frame I expected them. Was disappointed in the size of the vehicles they bought with them. The lead contact, Rick explained to me that there was not a bigger vehicle. Because of the size of the trucks, the guys had to spend more time packing the items to ensure they were able to get all our belongings on the trucks. They finished the packing at 11:30. pm

Winston Smith our driver was absolutely awesome! He pulled together on both ends of our move a reliable and excellent team to make our move so smooth. I shudder to think what would have happened if we had chosen a different carrier. Thank you Winston and everyone at Armstrong for helping us.

Right from the start of this process I was impressed. Mike Orlin’s immediate scheduling for the estimate, Armstrong ‘s quick follow up and Broderick’s communication made this stressful event very pleasant. All the folks I dealt with through this process were happy and truly loved what they do. Whatever you are doing to keep the team motivated and happy…..keep doing that!

I appreciate the assistance from Mayflower to get third-party services set up for disconnecting and reconnecting my washer and dryer.

Packed, loaded and unloaded very quickly. Everyone involved were friendly, courteous and professional. We haven't unpacked anything that was broken to date. There were a few scratches on the door of a refrigerator, but that's not an issue because it's the beer fridge we will keep in the garage

Great move. No issues or problems. Estimator was polite and professional as were the packers and driver. I felt the packers and driver took extra effort to make sure I was satisfied with the packing, loading and unloading process. This is the sixth time I have contracted a move and it was by far the best.

Overall it was very good. No complaints.
