Overall was positive experience one of the movers did not put labeled boxes in designated rooms which created a lot of extra work on our end after attempting to be organized

Overall great experience from the bid process through delivery. Every person we interacted with was professional and efficient. We have moved 12 times together over the last 32 years and this was by far one of the best! Roberto was the best driver/delivery person we have worked with and his crew and the packers were terrific as well. Very satisfied overall!

Everything was very smooth. The movers themselves where beyond awesome. But the fine print of paying .60 cents a pound but when it is weighed, if there is an overage in charge the refund was .10 cents. Is what it seemed like I read on the contract.

good communication with move coordinator w/ Brendamour. great response and ability to resolve a major issue that came up. affordable pricing. very efficient and quick move in Cincinnati. didn't put the master bed together correctly in Chicago which necessitated me disassembling and reassembling it later.

Stacey, the young lady who packed many of our things was fabulous! Not one broken item so far. The young men who were locally contracted were great- especially those workers from Most Wanted in Michigan.

Very pleased with the service. Informative, no surprises, fair price, cooperative crew, and all problems were solved. The driver and crew were far and away the best I’ve ever seen.

The movers were excellent. They did a great job loading and unloading. I was extretmely pleased with their work ethic and quality of care they gave my goods.

Loading and unloading teams were excellent. Packing team not as good. Communication from Mayflower service reps and Mayflower preparing us for the process not so good either.
