    To begin the process a representative was prompt in setting up a virtual survey. The virtual survey was incredibly convenient and easy to complete. The movers were quick to pack all items and load them onto the truck. Our items were here within 3 days after packing. Items were unloaded into proper rooms in 1 morning.

    Very pleased with the communication and assistance from Suzy and Anna. The actual movers were decent. They did leave furniture still taken apart after they left and damaged a the wall to a staircase without acknowledging. They also did not put the correct bedroom furniture in the appropriate rooms. But they were efficient in their work.

    Everyone was polite and prompt. I am filling this out for my Mom who is 85 and was very cranky with the whole move. She has never really made a move like this before and did not know what to expect.
