Great cross country move not stressful

Every aspect of the move was very good except your auto transport recommendation- East West. I thought my cars would be picked up in a pickup window. I had to drop them off at a Mayflower yard and then fly to my new state. East West's Alan Perry is trying to help but as of yesterday he didn't know the whereabouts of my vehicles. Mayflower was outstanding, but I'd have to think twice about using East West again.

Recently I moved from Nashua NH to Woodstock GA an Atlanta suburb. Even though this was a long distance move I was very pleased with the care and the efficient way it was done. There were some weather problems in GA causing a delay by one day the movers were professional and got the furniture here with out a problem.

Went smoothly with good communication

This was my first interstate move and I had to coordinate everything myself, so I was nervous about everything. I probably called my coordinator more than most people to reconfirm things, but she was very helpful. The movers who came to pick everything up showed up right on time and were professional, friendly and efficient. Same for the people who came to deliver. Their arrival was right on time, they were friendly and fast, placed all the furniture and boxes exactly where I wanted them.

The moving personnel were courteous and professional. Our particular Driver Matt worked closely with us to ensure our items were delivered to our new home in a timely manner. Jessica Zadlo from the Portsmouth, NH office did an outstanding job coordinating and supporting my move. I called her on a Friday afternoon and she was able to schedule my household goods pick-up the following week. Additionally, there was some confusion on the drop off dates and Jessica did an outstanding job communicating quickly and clearly with me as we worked to ensure I would be in town to meet the movers at the drop off. Overall, Jessica made this move super easy and stress-free!
