Communication was excellent; the packing, loading and unloading crew Willie Rubio used were experienced, efficient and pleasant to work with; we did not have any problems with breakage, delays, or any of the other nightmares we have heard about from others.

I honestly was under-prepared for my move, but the driver was understanding and worked with me to ensure that I got everything done for them to be on their way. Excellent communication from the estimator, moving coordinator, packing services and driver. All professionals who ensured the utmost care for my household items during packing, loading and delivery. Every item was packed neatly to ensure nothing was broken. Driver was extremely courteous and gave me a heads up on any issues during transit, as well as, coordinated loading and delivery locations (including shuttle service for delivery).

The people involved were all helpful, especially the driver and the packing up crew. Our items arrived in a timely fashion, but the unpacking felt rushed, and many items and boxes were damaged.

It went smoothly

Everyone was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. The crew who picked up, while friendly, was not honest about many things and claimed to have packed items that were already personally packed, and attempted to up-charge us on work not done or claimed to be included. However our manager and coordinator cleared that issue. The delivery was within the expected window, and the delivery crew was fast, friendly and super efficient.

My estimator and move coordinator were friendly, professional, and provided prompt communication. It was easy to understand my options and the different aspects of the moving process. The movers at origin and destination were careful and easy to work with.

My overall move experience was great. It did take my things 15 days from being picked up to delivery, which would have typically been extremely challenging (and it was), but Alyson Mattox stayed in constant communication with me and made the process as smooth as it could be given the situation.

The driver was Great! The crew that was set to arrive with the load didn't show and the driver was great and scheduled another team.

Every part of the move went well. Katrina, in Missouri , who took the first phone inquiry, Frank Buckley, who did the virtual tour of the apartment in Los Angeles, and Elle Soltero, who coordinated the move were patient and understanding and efficient. Mike and his moving crew to Seattle, were on time and very helpful.

Overall, the Mayflower experience has been a positive and responsive one!

Team was great both in CA and NV

From the first conversation with Frank, to meeting the wonderful group who packed up our home, to the driver, David, and his teams who helped load and unload the truck, we could not have asked for a better group of people to work with!! Ellie, in the office and even the folks who crated and uncreated the larger items… I hope I’m not leaving anyone out! Easiest and best move I’ve ever had thanks so all of their efforts and professionalism!

My move went very well. The delivery was on time on the date I was told prior to moving, the driver was great at keeping me updated. The estimator and dedicated rep I had were awesome!

It was great. The driver did arrive a week after he initially told me he would but I believe he had truck repair issues. It was still within the window.

Weather conditions on the unloading end were terrible Ken Bohannon the driver was amazing. Except for the fact that we had about 6 items that were damaged, all went well.
