The guys were friendly. Some doors were scratched in the move-in. Was expensive. Not sure why it was $500 cheaper a week later. I question the value.

Some parts good, some bad.Items were broken, others we were promised would be packaged correctly were not. Internet was supposed to be left working and it was taken apart. Items packed improperly and broken despite promises of 'professionalism in packing'. Pictures not in boxes as paid for. Items missing. One department didn't know what another department said or expected or promised.

Packers did not pack bentire house as paid for by me. Returned way too late following day to finish packing. It was too late and I had 50 bins in attic that they did not repack as paid for in contract.

FIRST OF ALL I WAS STRESSED OUT ABOUT THE TRUCK THAT SHOWED UP TO MOVE US. VERY UNLIKE THE PICS ON THE BROCHURE MARK LEFT US WE HAD A SINGLE AXLE SCHOOL BUS LOOKING INTERNATIONAL TRACTOR PULLING A XTRA LEASE DRY VAN TRAILER AND ONLY THREE GUYS TO DO ALL THE WORK. NOT AT ALL WHAT I EXPECTED TO SEE. AFTER CALLING MATT AND YELLING, THEN CALLING MARK AND YELLING I SAT IN MY RECLINER WITH CHEST PAINS TRYING TO CALM DOWN. THEN THESE THREE GUYS LOADED THE WHOLE CONTENTS OF MY HOUSE AND CELLER ONTO THAT DRY VAN TRAILER WITH OUT ANY PROBLEM AT ALL. EVEN MY PRIZED HARLEY DAVIDSON CVO ULTRA WENT IN THAT TRAILER AND MADE IT DOWN HERE STILL IN PRISTINE CONDITION. IT WAS PADDED, COVERED WITH BLANKETS, AND STRAPPED TO THE WALL AS PROMISED. EVEN THOUGH I WAS STILL HURTING WHEN THE TRUCK WAS LOADED AND DRIVING AWAY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB LOADING ALL MY STUFF AND I WAS HAPPY WITH THE JOB THEY DID. I WAS A LOT CALMER ON THE UNLOAD IN NORTH CAROLINA. THE CREW HERE WERE VERY NICE AND ALSO DID A GREAT JOB ON THE UNLOAD. THE ONLY THINGS THAT HAPPENED THAT WERE MISSED WERE THE MATTRESSES WERE NOT BOXED UP. TWO POWER CORDS ARE MISSING. MY DESK AND SHELF/CABINET TOP WERE NOT PUT BACK TOGETHER. THE SLEEP NUMBER BED COULD NOT RE-INFLATE DUE TO THE LOSE OF THE POWER CORD TO THE COMPRESSOR. AS WE UNPACK THE CORDS MIGHT TURN UP IN THE TOTES. Felt like i had to continue to reach out and ask questions... communication was not as fluid as I would have liked. The guy who came out to to my estimate said he would be my point person all the way through... once they got my deposit I was handed off to somebody else - who i never met or spoke to and who quite frankly wasn't the most responsive person

The owner of the truck was fantastic. The 2 employees he had were respectful of me and my belongings both at pick up and at the end address. Friendly and neat. nothing was left behind they cleaned up everything

very pleased with service. a few flaws. Car transporter arrived looking for money. i already paid upfront. movers didnt call until 8 pm night before move for a pick up time?? better coordinating between partners

From the beginning to the end it was easy and no stress at all.Sales person Mark Cavalery was the best and I have already recommended him to my friends who used Mayflower at the same time. I would not ever use any one else.

The packers were quick in packing times but did a horrible job of labeling our boxes. Some had more than one sticker, some had none. When the boxes were unloaded in Austin, we had no idea as to which one was it was as we could not check off the numbers on the master list. There has to be a better way of doing this. Maybe each box needs to have a scanning label and the driver and customer needs to have copies of the labels. At this point, we are just hoping that all our boxes are here.

From initial sales contact, through communications with logistics support, to the “amazing” packing and moving crews, was pleased in every aspect. Everyone was experienced, professional and courteous. Had answers for every question. Got requests done quickly. Super job!

Hector and his crew did a great job. Hector was professional and he kept things moving in a timely manner He and his crew worked extra hard, were easy to work with and seemed to work well together. Hector was also extremely knowledgeable and efficient He mad the move go smoothly

Didn't have enough movers at our house to start with. Movers were not informed well on what the logistics were. Many, many items broken. Most furniture banged up - some badly. Were not told there would be an overflow truck. No one called to tell us when it was coming. It basically just showed up. Multiple nicks taken out of walls and moldings in new home.

Moving men from United that picked Up our load were excellent. That is the only good thing I can say about my moving experience with Mayflower. This was a mess from the very beginning.

First off Kathy Meyer never kept in touch with me during the move as she said she would. I had broken items, even broken bins. The moves could not find the legs to my sleeper sofa, which I finally did, Your door-to-door service did not exist with my move and I will be submitting a list with pictures of all damaged/broken goods. and I would never recommend your company to anyone.

I have hired movers before but when it came time to settle the payment, it always ended up costing me more. I also was never able to unpack that quickly to make sure everything was there and not damaged. This led to many items I had to replace. Mayflower is different and is there for you. I love the assigned service rep! She has been great and made me feel better about the whole move from CT to FL!
