    Rocky Walker! He was great. He reassured me all will be well. His calm demeanor was reassuring. He and his crew were professional and efficient. Rocky communicated with me throughout the entire process. Delivery went smoothly as well. Both crews (Chicago and Houston) were professional and worked well in making sure everything was where I needed it to be.

    I was very concerned and anxious about moving my daughter from Chicago to my home in NY but after talking with Chris Kucharski during my visit in March and follow up calls with Andrea they reduced my apprehesion. The movers who came to pack up my daughter's belongings were professional and just did an amazing job. We learned a lot about how to correctly pack items. The movers who delivered my daughter's belongings were on time, professional and easy to work with. The entire experience was positive and went so smoothly!

    A long-distance move is really stressful, but Jack and his crews in both IL and TN could not have made it smoother. We just stayed out of their way and they made it happen. We were extremely pleased.

    The movers we're very efficient. They seem to be dedicated to the work they were doing it showed in the packing and how they handled all of our possessions. We were very pleased and would definitely recommend them to our friends if they ever move.

    We were very happy from the beginning with Frank Vincent to Addrian Ross to Tony Gardner and his crew in Illinois. We were not that thrilled with his crew in Mississippi. Tony and the Illinois crew were very polite and hard working, always early, very considerate in all they did. The crew in Mississippi were not as respectful of Tony and complained about how things were going to be done, what they were doing, how they handled our property. They had a tight fit to get a couch into the room, (It's not going to fit, I'm not taking it apart, Tony's nuts for doing this, etc...) I need man in trying to move a table, grabbed the wheel of a rolling cart and ripped it off, AS my husband watched! They had to work double for us because out street has a round about, so they parked a mile away and back & forth, when they left the parking area they left their garbage in the lot. I noticed and picked it up. They company had ?'ed Tony and was kind enough to let him park there.

    We used Hollander movers for my move from Chicago to Boston. I thought our movers were wonderful. They packed everything carefully and they moved things respectfully, taking care not to damage anything. They only had to move to a storage facility so I can't say anything about unpacking. They did a good job overall.
