The pre-move folks who arranged the procedures were wonderful. Helpful and attentive. Whoever moved our things from the pickup locations to storage and/or from storage to the delivery truck were pretty rough.

Making the original appointment was easy. Joe showed up to give an in home assessment , which went very well. The communication though from there on could have been much better. There was confusion within Mayflower on how to handle higher end valuables , and it took several phone calls from me, talking to 3 different women, to get things figured out. The entire move experience was excellent. We had a complicated situation. Joe Alves did a great job with organizing the complexities and being flexible. Quenisha kept me informed and answered my questions promptly. Joe Cronin did a fabulous job of supervising his crew, packing the special items himself, and reassuring me when I had questions. The California team, from the moment I met Joe Alves (estimator) through scheduling with Queisha Burns, to the packing and loading led by Steve and his team. All was phenomenal! I was a slightly disappointed in that the house contents were loaded in Pleasanton, then had to be driven up to Sacramento, unloaded, then packed into a larger truck to move to Phoenix. If there was a downfall at all during the process, it would have been that - because - though minor, there were a few slight damages to materia
