Very professional, I did not feel pressured to make a decision at that point. When the movers came on time as promised, they treated my property with respect and they themselves were very personable. Our driver called 2 days before delivery to say he was on time and when he'd be at our new home. Once again an on time delivery, very personable staff and they treated my property with respect as they took it off the truck. They assembled all the pieces that needed to be assembled with ease and care. It was an overall great experience to a very stressful move.

My move was a great one except for the movers Mayflower chose in New York, one was a thief who took my bluetooth headphones out of my bedroom, after tipping each one 25dollars per man buying them lunch giving one a pair of brand new boots and giving the driver a 100 for his professionalism this was very disappointing

Ken of United Van Lines was an excellent driver, and always kept our needs in mind.His crews at both the pickup and delivery knew their business, were professional and courteous. Furniture was carefully wrapped at pickup and unwrapped at the destination. Items were carefully noted and tagged. Can't say enough good things about this driver and his crews. Ken is an asset for this company. With this move going so smooth it made our transition to the West Coast much easier. AAA+++. Top of the line.

I had the very fortunate experience of working with Hope. She became a “friend” to me when I got bad news and was told my place won’t be ready until another 5 days. She helped orchestrate the move so I would get there before my stuff did. That’s not a easy task. They I was told another week and Hope was really helpful by working with my new Management Company and working out something where they would store my stuff. I met Mark first and his quote was spot on. Even the movers were excellent and very careful. I have moved quite a lot in my life and this was my best experience, especially with customer care. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I moved from Las Vegas to NY in 2017, had twice the volume of items, and the price was $5300. This recent move was from NY to FL, which is half the distance of the prior move and I downsized so the volume was cut in half. This move cost me $3990, which is disproportionate to the prior move. The coordinator explained your "minimum" went up,and pricing went up. I've used Mayflower many times before, and the service has been nothing short of excellent, but your prices are now money grubbing. Because of this, I may or may not use you again in the future. I will definitely shop around a bit more first.

The team worked very hard- the two going men who came to pack up my dining room and kitchen did a wonderful job- nothing was damaged in the 31 boxes they packed Both teams who picked up my belongings and delivered them were very courteous and hardworking. There was a problem with the truck so I had to wait four extra days over and above the contract but I was compensated although I would rather have have my furniture !

The 3 gentlemen arrived promptly at the NYC apartment. They worked efficiently packing items and loading them on the truck. I was very pleased at the rate that they were in and out in such an organized fashion numbering everything on a list. They were very pleasant and mannerly. When the moving truck arrived at the destination in Kansas City at our storage unit, 3 different movers again were very mannerly and unloaded items in a systematic process and in a timely fashion as what was done in NYC.

Considering the movers had to carry furniture down a narrow and steep stairway and then carry up 20 steps on the other end, I am pleased with their hard work, care for my things and property of my landlord.

The move went well, however, I was quoted an arrive date of "between 11/2 and 11/12" and I was disappointed that the arrive date was actually 11/12. When I called to ask for an update (I called around 11/6) I was told that they would be there on 11/12. I asked if this date could be moved up a few days (I had relatives fly up to help) and was told it was not likely.

They did exactly what they said they would do. Allan the driver and his crews were excellent to work with and showed up exactly when they said they would. They charged the price they said they would and nothing was damaged or missing.

All of the Mayflower movers were professional and courteous. However, my furniture did not arrive until a day after the latest possible date given due to truck delivery malfunction. All furniture arrived safely and most items in boxes (which I had packed) were in tact. There were a few boxes labeled "fragile" that looked as if they had not been handled as carefully. Overall, the experience was above satisfactory.

Picking up the furniture all the workers were curtious and efficient. The delivery was better, both the driver and his helper were great. One problem our dining room table was not covered properly on pickup and had scratches and a gouge in the top. One chair and one table has water damage and mold.

Everyone in your Company from Diane in the Office to Wesley who moved my boxes and drove the van, made it so easy and I was at ease that my belongings would arrive safely and on time. The movers in NYC were highly professional and very efficient. They expertly handled the move. My movers in North Carolina were also good. The driver, however, smelled of smoke. There was also some moderate damage to my son's crib and a chip on the wall of my new home.

The simultaneous moves I planned were complicated due to furniture being shipped to two different addresses. The crew who managed all this-Ricardo, Troy & Maleek worked diligently to wrap & load the truck efficiently. The first day was exhausting 9a-7p of non stop work. The second day was a little shorter but just as exhausting... Mark Shelley estimated the job and that was as accurate as these things can be. The furniture arrived quickly & without damage. Billy and the two helpers he had in ny was professional and very helpful. Never having moved before I was waiting for a bad experience, however it was a very good experience from the beginning to the delivery in Florida. The gentlemen in Florida did every thing we asked them to do. We were both hobbling around on canes and they helped move furniture for us. They were very accommodating.

I was so impressed with John Molloy Bros who were the agents for my Mayflower move. I read so many horror stories before my move and I was very nervous about the entire process. Once I saw how John, his son Johnny, Mike and Jose handled my merchandise I knew that my possessions were in good hands. When they arrived in the destination State they called and informed me what time they whould arrive at my location. They arrived exactly when they said they would. My merchandise was meticulously placed in the storage unit. I couldn’t be happier.

I was nerves about moving, once I post my request and my phone was ringing all the time. But MAYFLOWER was very professional. I submit the request and the response me quickly and the estimator came to my home, showed me everything, like how to packing, what they can move, what they cannot move. This is my first time to move across states. I was afraid they gonna charge me more after loading like some other company does. But they didn't. The price might be a little bit higher than others but I think it worth it. They arrived on time, all my stuffs are safe. I think I made right choice. Thanks!

Recently made the move from Long Island New York to Florida. Jack did a great job as a site surveyor determining what was moving and what was remaining. I got what I thought was a very good quote, and I was pleased to hear that the job would be handled from start to finish by Mayflower alone. On the day of the move, the guys did a great job of packing what needed to be packed. Each piece of furniture was heavily wrapped. They were hard-working, respectful to us and to each other and worked to get the move accomplished quickly but efficiently. Thank you Jonathan, Jose and JR. You went above and beyond and you were a lot of fun. The movers arrived in Florida on the day that was promised which was amazing because it was after a hurricane. The team in Florida was as good as New York. Billy the driver foreman ensured that everything arrived in good order with no damages. Kerrie in the office kept us informed during the process. All in all, we were satisfied & would recommend Mayflower.

Let me thwart from the beginning. Your salesman Mr. Hassnat came to our house and explained in details how Mayflower handle our move . I already had offers from other two leading moving companies, yet I decided to go for with Mayflower on the assurance I our move will be without any hassle but failed in few points. I was assured that our household items and personal belongings will be loaded in a trailer blanket wrapped and will be unloaded in the final point, which did not happen. The move was planned well in advance and the day of loading,I was advised that there was no trailer available(!) One particular item (an antique swing) needed special handling and it was mishandled by the loading crew . Nobody called me after the move to enquire about my experience, but only through this survey. Abe and Jade, thank you. Special thanks to the three member packing crew. Excellent job.

overall the move itself went very well. Molloy Brothers did a great job. it was an awful rainy day but the team never complained. However, I am having a terrible time getting anyone from Mayflower to send someone to my new home to assess the damage on the buffet to my dining room set

This moving experience was absolutely the best ever! From the person who performed the estimates, the person who answered our phone calls to the people who did the actual moving, we could not have wished for a better team. Everyone was capable, professional, considerate, caring, respectful, and cheerful. They completely alleviated any anxiousness and stress. They were amazing!! Dennis Milashouskas was particularly outstanding and he even repaired an antique desk door that had been broken for years. His other team member Andrew was also a workhorse. There was no problem for which they could not find a solution. They kept us informed each step of the way and the entire interstate move went without incident. Problems with my household goods etc. and Xtra Space Storage space too small for the size of our furniture etc. to fit in. A few panic attacks with the problem being a Sunday, were resolved eventually. The Customer Service Rep of the storage Co. had been so kind, he said that he would arrange for a bigger unit on Monday and if boxes had to be left at my Son's house he would arrange for them to be picked up.

This was a cross-country, post-retirement relocation. As such, it was a life change and potentially very stressful. Mayflower helped reduce some of that stress by doing such an excellent job moving me out of my NY apartment and into my Louisville condo.

Very efficent

We moved from Long Island NY to SC. Hope in the office was very pleasant and easy to speak to. George came and gave us a quote which the company stood by. No hidden charges like other moving companies. The movers were courteous and respectful.Jack the driver picked my items and was the one who delivered to my new home. This made me feel comfortable. I would reccomend Malloy Bros.

in general, the process was great - Jack Rose on the up front sale, Kerri on support and Bill doing the pickup and delivery, worked well. Everyone was on time, did alot to confirm i was priced correctly, and picked up and delivered on time.

The only problem with my move is that the office neglected to tell the driver that one item was a ten foot by 5 foot wooden crate. We needed to find another person to help him with this item. Otherwise, he came on time, ,was very professional and capable, and I heard that everything went well on the delivery end, as well.

My only regret with the move experience is that I chose to do any of the packing myself! The professional Mayflower team on both ends got it taken care of quickly, cleanly, and way better than I would have been able to. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and should I ever need to move again, I will absolutely consider using professional movers from Mayflower to save me the trouble and heartache of having to do it myself!

I would rate the experience as a "5" aside from some miscommunication around the packers arrival which was 6 hours later than promised. That waiting period for us took up a whole day, when we could have been doing other things.

Very meticulous wrapping and packing job.. Met our expectations on arrival from NY to Arizona. Martin White was a very concerned and caring driver and coordinator and took an active role to make sure everything was properly packed and cared for.

The whole process is been a great experience for us. Chris Blank did an exceptional job estimating the load and Kerry added to this process by communicating with us along the way and explaining to us every little detail which made the process so simple. Dennis arrived in time to pick up the boxes and furniture. His crew was amazing, they did a great job. I'm mostly very appreciative for the way Dennis wrapped our coffee table. He took extra care by creating a wooden crate to protect the glass. Thank you! Mayflower moving companies are not just professional they treat their clients like family. Their excellence in service needs to be emphasized, because they really excell in their job.

As expected from an eperienced company. I preferred the Fla. Deliverers than the pickup group. But I believed the pickup group should have shrink wrap my plastic containers that have lids instead of taping them with plastic packaging tape. I was left with a feeling that they were not careful. Everything arrived intact.

Customer service was excellent all the way around. The team took all the stress out of the move and we moved from NY to VT. We were also extremely appreciative as the move was planned for a day following a blizzard in NY There were no calls from the company about rescheduling Their confidence in delivery was a relief Bob and Ginger Oates

Everyone knew what they were doing and were efficient from the first call to Abe and speaking with coordinator of Molloy to loading and unloading. Very pleasant and professional

We were very satisfied with the movers at both ends-professional and efficient. We did not find the packers to be very professional. They packed things that were not supposed to be packed and did not label boxes that had been repacked by them as such. They did not arrive with any markers to label the boxes. Had to borrow ours and then took it with them when they left. The movers at our destination complained about the fact that items in many pieces of furniture had not been packed and instead left in the heavy furniture causing risk to them and the pieces. Although they were nice enough guys we felt like we got the B-team of packers. One of them had the flu and really should not have come to work that day!

I had a number of issues with the NY end of my move. Molloy has all of the details. The SC end of my move, my final destination, was handled incredibly well by Bobby Jr., my designated driver. He was extremely thorough and professional.

I left feedback on Yelp immediately after move- the movers were excellent and I credited their names (its been over a month now, so I can't recall them now). Everyone was awesome. So helpful at all levels.

Every crew we had (packing, moving, unloading) was really amazing - quick, efficient, skilled, and detail-oriented. There was an issue on packing day with the crew arriving about 5 hours later than we were told, but I suspect that wasn't the crew's fault. The only part of this move that was not ideal was the incorrect notice on the delivery of our items.

The service provided was outstanding. I do not have one complaint about anything. The movers were quick and reliable throughout the whole process.

THE EXPERIENCE WITH MAYFLOWER WAS WONDERFUL.

The first experience I had was calling for an estimate. the person who answered the phone was RUDE. Then I received a call from Jack Rose and he was great. Came to my home and gave me an honest estimate. On moving day the crew that was doing my move were GREAT!!! Helpfull and respectful. Once my home arrived at the destination the same crew was great!!! I am glad that I went with Mayflower and one of your competitors.
