Intense! The loading and crew were GREAT! However, the arrival and unloading was a DISASTER!! The driver, Earl, was Fabulous!! But,BUT, no one was there to help him unload my items. My brother and 4 of his friends were scrambled to unload my items! Yes, my grand piano was off loaded and moved into the church by the Priest, Earl, Chad,Dean,Bradley and Tim, NOT professionals. Then when I had you process my payment it cleared and I thought I was good. No! The payment reappeared in my Florida bank accou

All levels of contractors we worked with (except a few day laborers on the first moving day) were professional, honest, diligent, and fulfilled our expectations. The Florida-based subcontractors gave us a bid that beat out the competition. Our drivers, James and Lisa, did everything they could to minimize damage to our goods. The works on the Washington unloading crew were diligent and fast, The move exceeded our expectations overall.

From the original contact with our rep Andrea Daniels and Charleen Cox to our driver Ron, we had a great experience using Mayflower for our cross state move. We had some changes along the way due to the completion timeframe of our new home but Mayflower was more that accommodating with our changes through their busy season and schedule. Mike was very thorough and professional. The load crew Hunter and Juan took great care in wrapping my furniture, and unload crew placed everything where I wanted and were really efficient. Thank you!
