Very good, everyone I dealt with was very professional

Packers were efficient........everything carefully packed. Had only one dish item broken. Had very efficient movers met the moving truck in Ames and very efficiently placed the boxes in each appropriate room for ease of unpacking.

Overall my experience was positive. I've used them before and was pleased enough to use them again. It has been a bit more challenging since this move involved 5 months storage and transport and delivery from IN to CO. I was disappointed to find out that my shipment was not all on one truck...seems it was too large. I've been told that the balance of my things have been picked up from the warehouse but have not be notified when they will be delivered.

Mayflower did a great job making our move very easy. We had a great team in Matt and his son, Johnny who packed, drove, and safely delivered our belongings to our new home.

Mayflower was a good value, dollarwise, compared to their competitors. However, there were a few issues with the move. Mayflower declined to use a 3rd party with expertise in moving pianos (specifically a 1940s Baldwin baby grand), even though they used a 3rd party to set up a grandfather clock. The clock is fine. The piana was damaged (music deck not removed for transport).
