Efficiently executed from Start to finish

Gary and his crew have done a super job in getting all the items loaded, tagged and most impressively unloaded and unwrapped... All items were in good condition and the move was on-time. Good communication.

During the moving process, the boxes and furniture were stacked so high that most boxes and plastic tubs were crushed breaking items inside. 1 inch wood furniture was snapped and trim torn off a hard wood bookcase. I figured there would be some loss and damage but it was worse than anticipated. Furniture was taken apart to pack more compactly but the box of parts was lost in the goods and took days to find making unpacking difficult.

Generally speaking, and overall, a good experience. Front-end load crew were great, including during an unusual circumstance - they just kept doing their job through an emergency with our pet. Back-end off-load crew were very good. They came equipped with carpet protection which I had requested from the move coordinator a few days earlier. The off-load crew also were efficient and they seemed interested to know that we were satisfied with where everything was placed.

We had a great experience with this move. The three gentleman (Eduardo, Edgar, and Hector) who packed, loaded and moved all of our stuff were hands down the most wonderful crew we’ve ever moved with. They were polite, professional, extremely hard-working, and personable (which made it easy to have them around for three days). We trusted them and they did not let us down, as nothing we’ve unpacked so far has been damaged. They are a credit to your company.

My overall experience with Mayflower was good. Michelle, my moving coordinator, was constantly in contact with me on both ends of my move. Making sure that I was happy with how things were going. Ed and crew on both ends of my move were professional, on time and caring about protecting my furniture as well as my floors, walls and railings.

I was very pleased with my overall move experience. I have never moved using a company before and I was anticipating it would be a bad experience, but it wasn't at all. It was a good experience.
