The Kansas team was great. A 2 week wait for my belongings was difficult at best. I was disappointed with the Oklahoma portion. Everything was clean when it left Kansas City, but at some point, things must have been stored in a very dusty warehouse. Our moving contact was very communicative with us. However, we didn't realize that our stuff would be broken up into two shipments and our moving contact wasn't aware of this development either. Ultimately, only a small amount of items were damaged (mostly cosmetic) in the move and one box is still missing. The groups who packed our things in Ann arbor were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. It was like watching magic how well they set up the ground protection, packed our furniture, and stacked

Mayflower made our move easy and tolerable

The truck driver, Roger, was a little out of sorts on the day of loading. Don't know if he was having a bad day, but he wasn't overly friendly. Apparently he did his job well and when the truck arrived at the new home it was obvious that everything was packed well. So far, no broken items have been discovered.
