My move went very smoothly thanks to Amy Freyberger, Drew, Zak Giddens and his crew. A special thanks to Zak for overseeing everything during packing, loading and unloading, and he did it in such an efficient manner. He made sure everything was packed just right and handled carefully. There was not even a mark or scratch on walls or floors. Everyone at Mayflower involved in my move exceeded my expectation. They were professional, friendly, careful, and efficient. I would highly recommend Mayflower as the best moving company!

My overall experience with the move was good. All the employees I dealt with were friendly and respectful. My items were picked up when they were supposed to be and delivered when they were supposed to be.

We had never moved across the country before and were very apprehensive. The whole experience went smoothly. Our questions were always answered honestly and in a timely manner. The price was competitive, and all the Mayflower representatives were very professional. We were very comfortable with every aspect of our move with Mayflower.

Amy Freiburger is a very kind and considerate coordinator! Very attentive to my questions! The movers were timely and considerate as well.The disamblers and the reassembler were quick and efficient. Very glad I went with Mayflower. Also, the man that answered my initial questions was also very calm and considerate. Will use Mayflower again and will recommend to others!

Drew and company from Madison did a great job, great communication and supportive with materials and recommendations. Zac the manager of packing and delivery is a take charge guy.

It was incredibly smooth and the mover was wonderful with my items.

I was completely satisfied with all services provided. All persons were pleasant and respectful and answered all many questions. I couldn't have worked with a nicer set of people. They made the move an enjoyable event. They were always on time and very efficient. The price was fair.

Amy was terrific,went above and beyond , drew is a person that honors his word, Charlie was great in sdf and atl, movers on both ends were great. Was a great experience for a very hard time in my life!

Excellent Very helpful staff kind in every way possible

This was my 2nd move with Mayflower and the Madison, Indiana team was excellent!

Overall it was as painless as could be expected. We did need to hurry to our destination since our auto arrived a week before our furniture and personal effects.

There were no problems. The guys worked hard carrying things up 3 floors.

The people that came to pack us up were so patient with me and very helpful when I needed certain things kept out and when I forgot something, and they packed it, they where willing to help me find it without being upset. Very considerate people.

Excellent service

The move went very well both in Louisville (loading) and unloading. The unloading required a shuttle truck which took much less time than expected. The driver (George) was wonderful to work with. Over all an excellent experience. Only one thing was damaged (a wheel burrow). We would recommend Mayflower to anyone.

EVERYTHING was wonderful! Amy our agent from Indiana was PHENOMENAL!!! She was so organized, helpful, kind, brilliant! OUr world needs more Amy! The moving teams that brought us used boxes were good-natured and so kind. Both the KY moving team and the MD moving team were incredible. Fast, careful, & fun. A huge shout out to Erin and Cameron of Bates moving. I've used movers 4 times and Erin and Cameron were the best! Gary and CJ in KY and Bobby, Dave, & Aaron in MD were also just fantastic. But with Erin and Cameron in the lead on both ends of our move, the experience was so easy and not stressful.

Madison moving and storage were the best movers I have had in all my 17 moves! Their packing was great. They were very honest and trustworthy.

Good with communication, fair price, lots of options. Made moving across the country as easy as that type of stressful situation could be.

Move was clean and simple. Packing crew was fast and quite good, no damage exccept a bed spindle. Not a problem as it has happened before,easy fix.

They did a great job. Both teams were very fast loading and unloading my stuff. Very pleased with the job done by Mayflower.
