Mark exceeded all expectations with the moving all of our house goods from LA to Indy. He is very professional and a great conductor guiding his team to pack everything carefully and in a timely manner. It all arrived in the same condition as before the move. Mark and all movers were courteous and friendly. Our items were safely loaded and delivered to our home and put exactly where we wanted.

Everyone that I came into contact with during this process was lovely. My driver Chuck and correspondent Sue were amazing they made this process so easy. I was amazed at how smooth everything went and the timely manner everything was executed was amazing. I was always kept in the loop and communicated with for updates. There were a few issues with a few items that either were lost or damaged during the process which I will have to file claims with. Overall it was a positive experience.

Also, I'd like to recognize my driver Jennifer - she was awesome . . . very professional. She arrived on time for pick up and drop off and helped me get through the entire process very efficiently. Sue was great in coordinating everything from beginning to end. She was extremely patient with my needs and planning. The driver, I forgot his name, but he was extremely polite and helpful in moving my home goods and moving them into my storage unit the way I wanted it done.

Items placed in storage for 3 weeks On move in date only 3 of the 4 crates arrived waited a few hours for the mover to return to Mayflower storage to get the last crate

The main movers, Brad and Chris, we’re outstanding. Their help, in both Chicago and Des Moines, we’re excellent. The whole process, over 2.5 Days, was extremely smooth and well organized. The simplest move I have ever had and experienced.
