Packing, loading, and unloading were great. Transport and timeliness were poor.

All projects have challenges, and mine was no exception, however expectation setting and follow through usually mitigate the problems that arise. Tbat was my experience in a nutshell. Service and expectations were exceptional

Very efficient operation. The people I worked with were proactive and very quick to get back to me if I left a message.

Overall, the move was satisfactory. There were areas of improvement. Elana provided great customer service via phone. Carol, did a fair job of estimating. The movers left some items behind, but were very pleasant and communicated well. Upon delivery, numbers had fallen off of many boxes. Boxes were not always stacked with care and a couple were smashed. Two lamps were damaged. However, Vladimir and his team were efficient, but did not always stack items with care.

The movers were fantastic. They did a fabulous job and coming in and moving everything that was already packed. They did a fabulous job in wrapping the furniture and moving that safely. The team as I know him is JJ and his workers. They did a great job, and I would definitely hire him again.

The cost changed by more than $1,000 from our original proposal but that change was never fully explained. Never clearly defined what we were responsible for to pack versus the actual movers. Delivery process went very smoothly

The local agent was awesome! The communication was thorough from beginning to end with consistent checking and contact about the move.

The service provided by Ben (Berry) and his team (Edwin and Matteo) was outstanding. They worked a very long day on both ends of the move to make sure our valuables were safely transported. Their attention to detail, and their friendliness and professionalism were impressive.

From start to finish the experience was great. Elena kept use informed and checked with us on loading and unloading day. She was fantastic. Mike, our mover was outstanding. He and his team were on time and packed and unpacked everything with care. Proof was that we had no damage to our furniture.

Ralph our driver was the best. He was very organized, courteous, thoughtful and kept us informed of how things were progressing as the packing and loading took place. He’s also such a hard worker, to organize, supervise and do a lot of the actual work as well takes an exceptional person. I can’t say enough good things about him and his crews at both locations.

The movers were awesome, and a joy to work with. The planner was pretty good too, though I feel like there were some communication breakdowns along the way. Not sure if that was his fault or not. I stressed from the beginning of the process we were moving to a remote area where they wouldn't be able to get the truck down the road. Luckily I mentioned it to the driver before they left. For some reason my payment method was not saved even though I entered it. I am probably nitpicking but it was pretty annoyi

Reggie, the driver, was especially courteous and helpful. Kept me updated to any delays or issues.

Robert and Brian were very professional. Careful in handling furniture and were efficient.

Very impressed with everything from start to finish. Moving furniture is a tough job for anyone. I didn’t have to lift anything heavy! That’s what mayflower is for ! Thanks everyone
