Our move was great! Steve and his multiple teams were excellent. I am so appreciative of the fast service they provided right before the holidays. From booking the service with Dorothy, she was the only person that I called that could definitely confirm they were able to book and move us before the holidays and give me a round about estimate for the entire move, none of the other companies I called could do any of that and were all a week later for an estimate (I only had 13 days from the time I called to get movex out of our home). Ray was our estimator and he was so nice and courteous. He also came the very next day for an estimate. Thank you for a great experience and other than not being able to locate our 2 dollies, I think everything else has been accounted for, but I'm sure they'll show up somewhere. Thank you all again for making our move happen in such a short time frame, I will forever be grateful!~Katie Abeyta

Joe the Sale Rep was awesome! He was kind, knowledgeable and detailed however the dates he provided were impacted by the delivery process and especially the driver Paul.

The move required two trucks, due to an overflow. The first truck and team were great from both ends..and nothing was damaged. The 2nd truck and team were also great but the damaged items happened when in storage and not due to the 2nd team, who were very careful with our household goods.

Marco the driver that loaded and unloaded my belongings was super. Explained everything - Professional in everyway The delivery went smoothly - with the exception that he had to wait over 90 minutes for a helper to show up - At least the first person who was suppose to help never showed up and I don't know if the second one did not show up as well -= but the third one did and did a great job also - If I had to rate Marco on a scale of 1 thru 10 he would get a 20

Ray was awesome, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The team that came to load us was very caring and timely. The driver, Steve and his partner who unloaded us were awesome.

Mayflower was a great choice. This was my first domestic move and it felt like the company had my back. An agent came by in person to survey the apartment and explained the process, giving me good options. The other company that I had gotten a quote from, Colonial Van Lines, failed to realize they were the wrong fit; attempted to assess volume remotely and considered ABQ to be out of the way. The move went smoothly. At the source address, the items were expertly packed and condensed into a single crate. The items were waiting for me at a destination facility for a couple of months until I found a place to rent. Unloading at the destination went off without a hitch and everything arrived in perfect condition.

There is a great deal of uncertainty and zero in-person follow up and accountability involved in these very expensive moving experiences. Do NOT bring incompetent people to your customers homes. Do FOLLOW UP after customers have had a chance to unpack, organize and settle in to their new location. And online survey is no substitute.

Great experience. Arturo and his men did a great job loading up and unpacking. Very fast and professional. They were at my new house sooner than expected and everything was delivered.

Overall the service from initial meeting to the move, was very good. Both the move scheduler and the movers were responsive, cordial and conscientious.

And pick up the crew seem to not know what they were doing. They packed the truck extremely poorly tossing my belongings in in a manner that resulted in multiple breakages and damages which ultimately Mayflower refused to take credit for and paid for. The delivery crew was professional. They took pictures of the terrible packing and my damaged goods which they let me to believe they would use to help me file a claim. They did not file the claim. Nor did they submit any of the photos. I guess they really just took them to protect themselves.Once I personally filed the claim it took months and months for any response. To date now nine months after my move I have received no compensation for any damages.

The initial and second quote was $400 difference despite moving 40 totes on our own. There was no estimate - only an actual. I feel it was dishonest and I'd like a phone callback. There was no driver available to relocate and they had to send our belongings in crates and they dismantled everything- we did not know this would happen. The estimator was very rude when we asked questions about the quote and just told us "we can cancel this at anytime" so we felt like asking questions would not be welcome. I felt he was unfair as corporate made me Believe a discount would be applied for former use of mayflower and local office laughed and said no way. I don't believe the price was representative of what was actually moved. Please call me back at 5054002819.

It was disappointing to find out that we had a moving day reserved by corporate only to find out the day before that a mandatory 7 days must be met. The gentleman we worked with confirmed a moving day so you can imagine the frustration when we found out that couldn't happen. The mover Eric was fantastic, as was everyone helping him.

First it started at August 10th pick up. Then 15th....actual contract 16th. Picked up on 16th and that wassmooth.Their was minimal contact from original agent. I had to call to get answers due to nin responsive agent. Then somewhere along the way my stuff left Mayflower truck it was originally loaded on and it showed up i a United truck. Boxes were slightly damaged to heavily damaged. I had to fix things that i shouldnt of had to fix. This is not my first interstate move but my third. This was the worst. My floor lamp was completely missing. I was just floored at the condition my goods.

The crew on both sides of the move were courteous and professional. Joe, the gentleman who came to my home to give me an estimate, was clear and accurate with his price prediction. He was also very easy to communicate with when I had questions about the move. I had a special case, because I needed a hard delivery date, and Joe worked it out so to accommodate my needs. Terry, the moving coordinator was also quick to respond to my needs and concerns. He made sure that everything was going smoothly during the packing, the loading, the delivery and after the move was complete. The packing team worked hard and carefully. I will unquestionably use this service again, especially because we will be moving back to the place we move from in a year.

I chose your company because we have worked with you before with in town moves and had no problems at all. This time I had a hard time contacting my coordination and getting responses from him. Moving day came and my items did not fit in the truck because other people had to much. There was a second shipment that went out the day after and I still do not have it or have not heard from anyone on its location. Very disappointed that this time with my move and service. On a positive note I was beyond pleased with my truck driver for the first load that came. He was amazing and I would recommend him for future use and I will be requesting him for my future moves.

Everything was soiled. They didn't wrap any furniture except two chairs at the warehouse. They broke the leg and snapped the key off a Pierre Duex Armoire. When I asked why things weren't wrapped he said go buy some cheap sheets and I could wrap them. This move was a cross country move. I paid them 10,000 dollars! Don't use this company!!!!!

From beginning to end Mayflower provided excellent service. Moving is a stressful experience and from my first call to Mayflower, the actual packing, loading, move, and unloading these folks were professional and easy to work with! Mayflower was recommended to me and I will also recommend them. My moving experience was easier than I expected, packers and loaders were professional and helpful, no items arrived broken, and nothing was lost in transit. The estimate for the move was on target and there were no hidden costs or surprises when everything was delivered. In general, all aspects of move were done by professionals that knew their job and that made my move an easier and less stressful experience for me! Thank You to all the Mayflower folks that provided my move from New Mexico to Colorado!

Movers who arrived at our previous address in Albuquerque we're very efficient and fast. Loaded our entire house in 3hrs. We were told we should receive our stuff around the 5th but it changed to the the 8th. Upon arrival in Texas a few items were broken and the movers here were not that great. We helped bring many boxes to their places. They didn't use anything on the floor to prevent them from getting nasty. Threw several of our items off the truck. Also dragged inboxed mattresses in the dirt. They did note the broken items were received by them from the Buehler moving company.

Trusting Mayflower was a disaster and unnecessarily filled with stress. There was obvious poor communication between representatives, dispatchers, and movers. Furniture items were delivered with new damage spots. I sincerely regret choosing Mayflower and should have went with a different moving company that was successful for me in the past.

The move itself and all details and logistics were very well coordinated from the in-home surveys to the delivery of a few items that had been left on the truck after the unload. I can't say enough about Heather, out of your Denver office. She is hands down one of the best customer service agents I've ever encountered - in any aspect of life. She's a gem. She kept me well informed all along the way. She always answered her phone, was pleasant and patient. I was also pleasantly surprised that after reporting a few items missing -I received a call from Heather letting me know all items were found and arrangements were made for immediate delivery. The crew that helped with the upload was respectful, super strong and very careful in handling my belongings. Ray Rodante was a true professional in handling the in-home surveys - giving me helpful hints to prepare for packing and the load. Oh and the load team out of Albuquerque. Again a top notch professional crew.

the scheduler that came and did the home evaluation was prompt,professional and very helpful. the driver met commitments,communicated well throughout the process and was good at what he did. the helpers on both ends of the move worked very hard and were very professional.
