Laurie and Danielle were exceptional. They made the move easy. They are complete professionals. I have done three major moves and this one was by far the best.

Overall our experience with Mayflower was good. The movers were efficient and professional. The driver did an exceptional job of keeping us informed and explaining the unloading and move in process at our new location. The only aspect that was frustrating was the slight delay in delivery experienced due to central dispatch not having a full load for our driver and making him wait before he could come to us with our furniture.

Our relocation was organized and went smoothly. Every person on the prepacking crew and Randy the van driver worked well together to make moving day busy but well done. We had heard from ther people about Pratt Mayflower in Pullman providing excelent service and are very glad we had them for our move.
