Driver and mover showed up on time when stated. Main elevator was down moving out of my apartment which made the move more challenging but no complaints from driver or mover. Great team at both places.

It was great that they put down rugs to make sure the stairs and floors stayed nice. They helped bring everything up, double checked to make sure I didn’t want anything moved and they helped me put together my bed which was a huge help!

Overall it was a good job for since a long move the week after Mardi Gras in New Orleans and into the frozen north!

The move went well for the most part. Some pieces of my antique Hamilton Drawing Table were lost in transit and I had to have two pieces fabricated and purchased nuts, bolts, washers, and wood screws. Pat Cole of Metcalf Moving, in Rochester, MN, has been assisting me in the replacement pieces of lost parts and I will be filing a claim for reimbursement of about $105.00. The moving crews on both ends of our move have been great. Phillip Brouillet
