Everyone I worked with--Rochester move coordinator and Rochester staff who packed and Albuquerque team who unloaded were all great--personable, helpful, efficient and professional and very hard working. I've unpacked all boxes but one dish pack and I'm impressed with how carefully they wrapped the china and stemware. I hope to get the last box unpacked today. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 based on the delay from pack date to delivery date and the fact that I have some damaged items which I haven't reported yet because I was waiting until I unpacked all the dishes and glassware.

Thought the cost was about $1000.00 more than I expected. But what do I know?

Would have liked a phone call advising of total price after all was loaded. We moved 2 households in this 1 move and there was some confusion on delivery timing.

There was a miscommunication on what was supposed to be packed and the driver and his team did a fantastic job making sure everything was taken care of.
