Damaged tea cup to prized china set, destroyed 50 TV and damaged bed. Packing was terrible. Things were put in different boxes then what they were supposed to be in. Found parts of shelf that goes to garage in kitchen boxes.

Great experience from the onset. Michele the estimate was great to work with - I called her frequently with updates to our estimates and questions and she was very responsive. Our moving coordinator, Lisa, was similarly very responsive. I appreciated her check-ins during the process and how well she laid out all of the information. The packers, driver/move team, and unpacker were all professional and great to work with. I'm overall very pleased with our experience.

Overall the move was nice and easy. There was some confusion of the arrival date but it was resolved. Still waiting for the $500 check for the inconvenience.

The sales person Kyle was very informative and made us feel at east since we had a previous bad experience with another moving company. Lisa was in constant contact with us from contract signing through the move in. Janus was the lead mover and was very patient and kind and organized. Slight miscommunication on delivery date when truck broke down.

Well I was happy with the amount of time it took to get here it was on schedule. I was unhappy about them loosing a special price of furniture , even though I was reimbursed promptly, I was still unhappy About loosing it . The price was fine . The service was ok once they got here

I had a very short-term need and multiple date changes. The service was outstanding. My initial Mayflower person was very good but I never heard from her after our first call. I was connected to a subcontractor, Bernardo Moving and Storage in California, and my coordinator Lisa was absolutely outstanding.
