We received great customer service from Mayflower from the beginning of our process to the end. This was a big cross country move - - lots of items - and some needing special care. Jim Brunner was outstanding in helping us get prepared and then our driver was excellent. My husband had just passed away and my closest family member was 2,000 miles away - so a lot to do on my own. I really appreciated the care and understanding I received.

Things were mostly handled well, the big issue was the number of things left behind. There were cabinets not emptied, items left on the lower level, and a tool cabinet not emptied in the garage. The net impact was i was forced to leave a lot of items as I had planned my pickup load, which I would transport i.e. chemicals, pressurized containers, corrosives etc. all the stuff you don’t transport. The other part of my personal transport was the valuables, and the items I would need until my load was deli

Experience was great and Terri Singer made my move so much easier. She was very responsive, always answered the phone, and was proactive about planning my move and ensuring things happened in a timely manner.

Everyone (Jim, especially SIsto and the last I spoke w on the phone were extremely helpful and professional! Even the move day staff was incredible. I felt very comfortable knowing my move would be handled well and it was. I especially appreciated Sisto’s communication prior to and during the move.
