Since trying to get settled, we are finding several personal items missing. We are also still waiting for your adjusters to check the upright freezer which was damaged during the loading process.

We had two crews. The guys that loaded up in Knoxville were awesome. Very knowledgeable and efficient. The unload team was very nice and polite.

Ruley Richardson (Crew Leader) was absolutely awesome. Kept the guys moving, showed up on time, and overall is a very nice person.

The crew was excellent on both ends of the move, courteous, extremely hard workers, good since of humor when things didn't go as expected, and made adjustments when needed. Would recommend Dan to any and everybody.

All staff from Doug Powers, Deana, Dave Ridgely, Tyler, and Dan were all professional, helpful, on time, responsive to my questions and made sure every thing went as planned.

Our moving experience was good over all. When we had our load delivered the previously contracted helpers from the Wilmington office were not available. Our original crew unloaded one entire truck themselves. Help arrived the next day for the half load. This just made things disappointing I guess. I really felt we should compensate them and our bill had been paid.

I was kept informed before the move and during the move. Pick and drop was fine. My sofa and broken. It has been several weeks since i submitted my claim and it hasn't been resolved. I still have the broken sofa in my living room.

My items were placed into storage so I have not had time to fully evaluate. Many of the boxes appear smashed or damaged in some way. Also, missing parts from my hot tub

THE PACKERS ARRIVED LATER THAN EXPECTED, SO DIDN'T FINISH AND HAD TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY. I DON'T THINK THEY WERE EXPERIENCED. WHEN I UNPACKED THE EXPENSIVE BONE CHINA, I FOUND 5 DINNER PLATES STACKED TOGETHER, NO PAPER BETWEEN TMEM, JUST WRAPPED TOGETHER. NOT HOW THAT SHOULD BE DONE, AND IT WAS LUCKY THEY WEREN'T ALL BROKEN. THE PACKER RIPPED APART A FOLK ART PIECE AND WRAPPED THE TWO PIECES SEPARATELY! ALSO DESTROYED ANOTHER FOLK ART PIECE. THESE CAN'T BE REPLACED, AS THEY'RE ONE OF A KIND. WHEN THE FURNITURE ARRIVED -- A DAY LATER THAN PROMISED -- ONE CASTER FOOT ON THE ANTIQUE TABLE WAS SO BENT IT WOULDN'T ROLL. YOUR SUBSTITUTE DRIVER TOOK HIS PLIERS AND TRIED TO STRAIGHTEN IT, WITHOUT SUCCESS. THERE ARE 6 CASTERS ON THE TABLE, SO TO GET THEM ALL TO BE THE SAME SIZE WILL REQUIRE REPLACING ALL 6.

The loading, truck driver, and unloading crew did an excellent job.

Let's start with the negatives: 1. while our goods were technically delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe,we had been told by the driver at pickup that he expected to deliver in four days. It took eight. During that time we had difficulty getting information on a more likely delivery date. 2. The bed in the master bedroom was not assembled correctly, requiring a third-party correction. 3. We're still attempting to locate some of our boxes. 4. Worst of all, the driver was essentially worthless. Being from Senegal in West Africa, he was virtually non-understandable. But, we watched him drop a box containing a large HP printer. On the delivery end, he fortunately was bailed out by a solid crew.

Worst move we have ever been apart of. My wife was lied to by Rudy who told us that our items would be delivered on an 18 wheeler. Instead our items were crated, which we never agreed to, and we had a bunch of our items arrive damaged which we are still going through. He even walked my wife around outside to make sure the 18 wheeler would fit in the complex. On top of that lie my wife was also tricked into agreeing to a longer delivery spread time to "protect us from potential hurricanes" according to Rudy. Because of his recommendation to protect us she agreed to the longer spread. Because of this we lost money on flying my mother law in to help with the move since I couldn't be there.The "President" of the place we used, Joseph DaMommio has been of zero help and has made excuse after excuse for his companies poor representation of the Mayflower brand. Never once has he said he was sorry or has offered any type of solution to make it right. We will NEVER use Mayflower or United again!

I think the actual people that boxed and moved us were great. They were hard workers who took care of our property and really tried to make us as happy as possible. It has been more difficult dealing with the logistics of the move...the fact that you could not give me a date for my move until 24 hours before, the "Add-ons" were very poorly handled and taken care of and the payment before my items even arrived to my house disappointed me as well. I don't think that I should have had to pay until all of my belongings were in my house...just like any other service, you pay when the job is complete.

From my initial contact with Mayflower to the truck leaving after unloading my belongings, I have been very impressed. My whole moving experience was very positive much to my surprise since moving has always been very stressful in my past experiences. I very much appreciated the level of communication and clarity of the information during the entire process. I never felt in the dark about what was going on and when it was going to happen. Thank you for your exceptional service!!

Laura Beth & Deena were amazing on the loading end (Tennessee), the crew unloading in Texas was fantastic and very professional. My mother said the crew (Travis) that packed the crate in Tennessee was phenomenal. I am so glad I paid to have someone move the items to Texas!

The crew that originally packed my things into the wooden creates did great and it was supposed to be delivered in those creates. But when it arrived in Minnesota the crew here unloaded my things and put it in a truck for delivery. When doing so it was obvious they did not take any care with my things! Heavy things were stacked on top of light/fragile things, boxes were crushed several plastic tubs were ruined. They also removed the tires from my mountain bikes and moved the handle bars, there is a process to remove the tires and they did not follow them. It looked like they just forced them off damaging the brake lines and alignment. The handle bars it seems were just twisted with out using tools to loosen the bolts. I am also disappointed with Mayflowers response on how to handle these issues.
