My overall experience was very good. There were a few small areas for improvement but overall very satisfied.

Tina and Shawn were very helpful the whole time.

It was a great experience. The people who came to our house to help pack and move were great. Tina Bollinger was with us throughout the process and did a wonderful job! She is exceptional!!!

We appreciated that Estella called us twice during our drive from Arizona to Ohio to update us on the driver’s progress. Then Shane,driver, called us to let us know he had arrived in Ohio and the time he would be at the apartment. Then Shane, and two helpers very efficiently brought items in and placed where we wanted.

Overall experience was positive. I have some issues with the manner in which some items were packed. A couple of items were disassembled and the screws/bolts/nuts necessary to reassemble were not with the items and were not found. Also items from drawers were just tossed into boxes and not packed properly. A bag containing decorative wreaths was stuffed in a box with some heavy items which resulted in the wreaths being crushed.

Everything was done as promised and care was shown for our belongings.

Very good. but they lost one pair o black boots and one pair of brown boots, and one very good pair o black tennis shoes with inserts to save my heels. Please do something about my situation.

The movers did a really great job moving our items, stayed in contact providing status updates and overall did an excellent job,

I enjoyed working with all of your people from the estimator to the contact person Star to the folks that loaded my items to the guys that unloaded. The complaint is the same I have had with other large national movers I am puzzled of why each of you seem intent on ruining my art. Why you folks can’t break dishes that can be replaced easily you insist on destroying the value of art pieces. In all three cases the value of my art collection has been ruined.

I contracted Mayflower because it's a known and reputable company and I hoped I would be treated respectfully. And I was. Mayflower conducted business with good faith and transparency.

Both the team in Tucson helping pack the truck and the in Florida did an awesome job. Luis our driver help me feel less worried about all of our possessions getting here safely. They all helped take the stress out our move.
