We were on an accelerated time table for our move. Dominique was totally responsive and so easy to work with.

The experience was, overall, satisfactory. There were a few hiccups, but that was to be expected. However, our driver was a consummate professional. He handled all problems with calm and professionalism.

Overall, the move went very smoothly. The men who loaded and unloaded us worked very hard in unbearably miserable conditions without complaining once. They made the move less stressful for me.

We were very happy with both moves (one to our winter home in San Antonio and the other to our summer home in Marion, VA. You were on time and on budget. Movers were helpful and friendly. Damage was very slight and did not worry us (we needed a shuttle in VA that probably caused trouble).

This was my first move in over 41 years and I had no way to compare it because the last move we did ourselves as newly weds with newly very little furniture. I was happy with everything but the best memory is the great attitude and super service of Phillip Garrett and Dominique, his agent.
