Superior experience! I have never used a moving company before so I was concerned about making a decision among the three companies we interviewed. Mayflower sales rep, Dan, was most reassuring and professional. I was even more impressed with the crew you sent me to move. They were personable, professional and excellent at their job. Johnny, the crew chief, is one of your best assets. He was reassuring and confident in his dealings with us. His crew was as efficient and personable as he was. You should be very proud of these men. We highly recommend your Company. Pricing and customer service are exemplary.

The move estimator was very patient with us eventhough we needed many changes. Movers worked very quickly during the loading and unloading. They were very professional. However, 30 mins apfter they dropped off, we unpacked a mirror box (which the company packed for us) and found one of the mirrors broken in half. I contacted the coordinator and he said he will send us a link for claims. I haven't received it yet. The next day I reminded him by email that I still haven't received it but no contact back. I am extremely disappointed with the service after the move. I am considering rating you online.

You explained what you were going to do and then you did it!!! The two men who picked up and delivered my goods, Willie and his helper, were wonderful - great work ethic!

The people who loaded my goods did not take the proper steps to protect my furniture. Many items were roughed up or damaged.

The packers, and movers did an excellent job. The initial estimater did not follow thru on the moving of a boat and car, nor did he keep us informed of that. Numerous calls and text fell on deaf ears

It was great, good workers and driver was professional, helpful and did all expected and all we needed to be done. reassembling furniture etc.

Overall good work, especially those who scheduled the move and the pick up. As I told them, it would have been good for me to have known in advance that picking up my belongings would consume an entire day.

Overall a great experience. Everyone i had contact with was friendly and professional. Price was excellent, all items received in good condition. I will definitely recommend Mayflower to friends.

Good all around move experience. Mayflower made moving as positive as possible.

Efficient, arrived on time (early actually), friendly, and organized. Movers were flexible when items were added to the job. One item was badly damaged in transit.

The driver was great to work with. Only issue was having to shuttle the items which caused more cost out of my own pocket even though other companies included this for free the cost of the shuttle made you the same price as others that I would have gone with. Felt I was miss led.

Our entries move was handled expertly. We had an estimate that was very accurate and all questions answered. The move occurred over a single day. I can't say enough good things about the move.

The support for the move was very professional from beginning to end. the contact person getting me ready for the move was professional and attentive. the packers and movers were pleasant and efficient. the local franchise owner paid a pleasant and professional visit.

Not a very good experience. Took over a month to get my household goods. Lost hardware and damaged items. To many people to go through to fine out whos responsible for damages.
