Alex's team packing my things was very professional and everything arrived safely with nothing broken! Bruce's team loading and unloading were also very efficient and nice to deal with.

We had a great moving experience above and beyond what I expected.

This was a cross country move from Brooklyn NY to Northern California. I also moved from a large 3 bedroom apartment to a smaller 2 bedroom and certainly needed help packing. From start to finish everyone I dealt with throughout the move was professional, friendly and exceedingly helpful.

Packing and removal excellent. Delivery was much slower than expected (2 days). Items damaged at warehouse

Overall the experience was great. The team communicated clearly and timely at each step of the process. The staff that did the pick up in NY were amazing, they were friendly and worked quickly to get all of our stuff packed and loaded as planned.

Went as scheduled and agreed to. A few items we need to put a claim in on but nothing too bad. Only minor concern was driver had just gone back from NC and was exhausted- -

Very positive experience. My items were shipped promptly and the boxes were moved speedily and with efficiency. Driver and movers were very cordial and provided me with detailed inventory to make sure all my items were accounted for. Communication was maintained through the entire process which I valued immensely.

The help from the people that showed up at my house was nothing short of amazing. I’ve only unpacked about 65% of the goods … all in pristine condition. With all the stress we felt, it was comforting to have the experience of your team to guide us through. Now to unpack and put away the rest!

I would advise anyone that they should remove contents from drawers because everything was a mess in the drawers

All of the representatives we worked with were very professional and helpful. Communication was great and the tools available with the Mayflower website set the right expectations for us to understand the steps in the process. We removed a star as some of the items from our move were damaged.

Virtual survey was very easy and accurate. Co-Ordinator was able to assure and answer questions. Moving guys were over the top both on the load, (even in the rain) as well as offloading. They went above and beyond what one could expect from movers. Their goal was to make us happy. The timeline of on belongings arriving was better than we had hoped for, again thanks to the driver and his helper.

All went well. From Sales to concierge to movers, the experience was trouble free

I was upset that I did not realize drawers needed to be emptied! I was told I did not have to do this by the rep who initially visited me. When packers come, they dumped all contents into large boxes that I now have to sift through! Also packers were “shocked” that everything was going to be taken to new address(?) why????

My move with Liberty Moving and Storage was fantastic. Everything was professional, on-time and the movers were friendly and happy to accommodate all requests. They were careful with all of my materials and nothing felt rushed or unimportant. They did a stellar job and I look forward to using them again in the future.

The team from Freedom Moving was excellent. Great communication and very professional. The movers were so careful with our furniture as well as the walls and banisters in both houses. They arrived and time at both houses. We were amazed how hard they work and so quickly yet extremely careful. Impressive!

Still unpacking boxes but this move went very well from beginning to end. The sales rep (Steve Talenti) was excellent with follow-up questions, the coordinator (Tom Pendleton) was terrific and responsive, the driver (Gregory) was great and had good packing/ground crews at both locations, and stayed in touch and was responsive to my comments/concerns. Professional estimate provided, reliable and pleasant employees who were happy to take on any task, items packed super-securely, and delivered without damages. Price was also fair and comparable! And items arrives quickly!

Our first out of state move. Greg and Tammy were extremely helpful and flexible, working with us and keeping close communication. Eddie and his moving teams were clean, professional and easy to work with. All of our items came to us intact with minimal or little damage done to a few containers.

Starting from the time that Gary came to our home to Tami calling us to check on us to the movers that loaded the truck Carlos and his crew to Franklin and his crew unloaded our belongings at the destination the entire process was absolutely outstanding!!!

I would rate the overall experience is great. The only reason I'm not giving five stars or saying I'd definitely use again is that I did have one item damaged during the move. It was glass, and while I understand these things happen, I did point out prior to the move that I could live with anything else getting damaged, but really wanted this item to be unscratched.

Greg Hodgins was our initial contact and he couldn't have been any nicer. He really went above and beyond. He always got right back to us when we had questions and spent a lot of time making us feel confident and comfortable. Wally and his teams of movers were some of the hardest workers I've ever seen. They were very careful with our belongings- everything arrived in great shape. On top of that, they were really nice and friendly. Wally even brought me eggs from his chickens!

my overall experience is I would have mayflower move much more of our boxed inventory. I am still moving boxes because I underestimated what I needed to move . my mistake

The price changed during the move, the truck did not have enough room for everything because other customers had things going to locations in my new state, the only option was to pay by certified check at delivery and the workers expected large cash tips. The driver would not pull the truck up to my house since it was a dirt road, so I had to rent a truck to shuttle my belongings up to the house, then carry them myself into the storage building and into the house. To make it worse, I had to pack and drive

Every aspect of the experience , from quoting through preparation and especially day of move services was handled professionally and went off without an issue. Each individual contact throughout was first rate. Unforeseen circumstances/problems during the move were handled/resolved quickly, with the customer foremost in mind. Both Lucy Cuffaro and Ashley Hernandez went above and beyond to help make the movement of my shipment an easy experience. The guys who packed my shipment were kind, friendly and professional. I don't remember their names but they were brothers from upstate New York. I knew I was in good hands.

The team was headed by Noah and wonderful. They were very considerate of our personal belongings and our new home when unloading. Tami who was our contact in the office was great and very helpful from the beginning until completion.
