Mayflower was the only company who sent a person home to review and provide exact quote. They gave a binding quote. Although it seemed a bit high, they did a great job. The packers were very professional and the driver of the 18 wheeler truck was very courteous, understanding and receptive to suggestions. Th drivers name was Eddy. Please make sure he is rewarded and commended on his professional and courteous behavior.

Friendly team, both move out and move in. Extremely professional. Some hiccups in reassembling furniture, but no big deal. No one to talk with over the weekend, which made it a bit difficult to gauge move in time.

Other than the fact that I do not want ever to move again, it has nothing to do with the people who packed and moved my belongings. They were cheerful, careful, even tempered, and professional. So far in my unpacking, I have found only two or three accidental mishaps. No problem for me at all considering the size and extent of the job. I was happy to see each team and they went about their business well. Cecelia was helpful, each of the team members was helpful, and it was a good two day experience

Moving can be an incredibly stressful situation. Mayflower put our worries to rest. The experience was amazing from begining to end. First, we had a great quote. Even though we adjusted a few times they were very understanding and patient with us. Mayflower adjusted Everything went off perfectly. Our driver and crew did an unbelieveable job packing everything with care. Ed our driver was in constant comunication with us. They took everything apart and re assembled everything perfectly. They was zero damage

Cecelia was wonderful with consistent communication. She walked us through the move process, which involved moving partial contents of home from NJ to an assisted living facility in VA, explaining in detail what was involved.

Tony the lead guy on the move and the driver was absolutely amazing. Went above and beyond.
