The movers who packed up our things in Des Moines were fantastic. Super quick, very knowledgeable. The movers who unpacked our stuff were still very professional but not quite as thorough. They didn't put our bedframe back together before they left, and couldn't move some of our furniture upstairs so we had to donate it and buy new. The UniGroup claims service was the worst part. We had some things damaged in our move and the claims process was a nightmare. We paid for the full insurance but getting our mon

Overall the crews were nice, but the packing out in Ames wasn't too great. I arrived in Jax with a lot broken things, waiting to see how your claims department responds before passing final judgment.

The service provided by the Iowa and Ocala crew was superb. Bob and Jerry the drivers were very knowledgeable and with a good understanding of customer satisfaction. All staff members were very careful and always willing to go the extra mile. We are very happy with the service provided. Mayflower did a great job helping us moving from Charlotte to Iowa back in 2019 and from Iowa to Florida this time. The best company ever!!

On the front end of my move, the movers did a good job of fitting everything they could into the containers. In the middle part of my move (when my stuff was in transit), there was lack of communication. I wasn’t sure when my actual delivery date would be since it wasn’t updated on the website and I had to call several different numbers to try to track down where my stuff was, and it turned out it would be delayed quite a bit.
