New Treasurer of UniGroup Board of Directors Elected

    ST. LOUIS (October 1, 2020) – The board of directors for UniGroup, a $1.6 billion transportation company, has elected McCollister’s Transportation Group’s Ray Conlin as its treasurer. Conlin is currently the Chief Executive Officer of McCollister’s Transportation Group and has over 35 years of experience in the transportation industry.

    As the parent company of both United Van Lines and Mayflower Transit, UniGroup boasts the nation’s leading corporate mover and the most well-known name in the moving industry. McCollister’s has both United Van Lines and Mayflower Transit branches and has been a partner for decades. In October 2018, Conlin was elected to his first term on the Board of Directors at UniGroup and has served on the Technology and Innovation and Risk and Compliance Committees. He also has previously served as an advisor on the Transportation Services Group Committee. Ray currently serves on the Customer and Technology Committee.

    Conlin is a graduate of The Ohio State University with an M.B.A from Rowan University. He has served on several councils and committees over the years emphasizing his commitment to the transportation industry. In addition, he is certified as an Associate in Risk Management from the Insurance Institute of America and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resource Management. Conlin is a respected member in the business community and remains active with his alma mater, recently receiving a Medal of Excellence for Alumni Achievement.
