Rodolfo “Rudy” Marquez of Conser Moving & Storage named Mayflower Transit Van Operator of the Year

With 35 years in the industry and millions of miles driven, Marquez has built a career centered on professionalism and exceptional customer service. He takes pride in maintaining a polished, in-uniform appearance and representing the industry with integrity. “You have to enjoy what you’re doing and make the best of it… If I had to do it all over it again, I wouldn’t change anything from my journey,” Marquez said.

There are more than 1,300 van operator professionals in the Mayflower network, and Marquez was one of three winners this year. The van operator of the year began in the late 1970s to recognize the men and women who sacrifice so much for a life on the road and who help other families through one of the most stressful times in their lives.
