CEO of T. E. Andresen  Elected as Vice Chairman of Mayflower Transit’s Parent Company, UniGroup, Board of Directors

    ST. LOUIS (Nov. 2, 2021) – Mayflower Transit announced today its parent company, UniGroup, C.A., has elected Tom Andresen, CEO and general counsel of T.E. Andresen as vice chairman of its board of directors. Andresen has been a part of UniGroup’s board of directors since 2002.

    “It is both an honor and a privilege to serve in this new role, and I am committed to contributing to our continued success as an enterprise,” Tom Andresen, UniGroup board vice chairman and CEO and general counsel of T.E.     Andresen has served in many capacities on the board of directors over the years. Currently he serves on the Culture Transformation Working Group, the Cooperative Bylaws Working Group, he Chairs the Risk Committee, serves on the Governance Committee and represents UniGroup with Canada.
