The six men were outstanding - it could not have been more smooth - Mike was in charge and the other 5 men - John, Ralph,Randy and my tiny brain can't remember the other names were all respectful and professional! I"m so happy I chose Mayflower!

The packing crew were nice. We liked the driver and his team. We were disappointed that his truck did not accommodate all of our stuff. We still have not heard when the rest of our stuff will arrive. And they accidentally broke our bannister and we still have not heard from anybody regarding arrangements to get it repaired.

The fact that I drove over 4 days to get to my destination, I didn’t think I would get my furniture a week after I arrived. I was not told of the delay until the day your company loaded my belongings. As a result I was forced to purchase additional supplies I would not have had to purchase, if the van arrived on time. It takes 21 hours to drive straight through. Not over 10 days.

We never met our moving coordinator and were surprised to find out that one was ever assigned. We had a weather issue on delivery day and the unloading crew arrived 3 hours late and left before everything was placed properly in the destination rooms. most was left in the garage for us to figure out. In addition, the driver threatened leave without unloading and return when the unloading crew arrived. Thankfully he stayed the course. The unloading crew left without telling us and missed getting tipped. On the positive side, everything arrived safely, and undamaged and on time.

Our overall experience was good however the Moving team was unable to move our sleeper sofa and left it behind This is an item that was part of the estimate and no compensation was offered

Overall a great experience! 1. Rep came by to get details on my move. 2. Rep provided quote. 3. I accepted quote & scheduled pickup date and tentative dropoff date. 4. Mayflower picked up my items in Florida. 5. Dropoff date confirmed. 6. Mayflower delivered as expected with only 1 damaged box (no damage to items in box). It could not have gone more smoothly! Thanks!

Overall, it was fine. Nothing was lost and from what I’ve unpacked so far, I have found no breakage. There was one cabinet knob that broke in the move. One of the packers, Sam, was absolutely excellent. She clearly knew what she was doing and her boxes were packed very well. The other packer, Shane, was okay. I could have done without his snide comments about how many books I had and he could have packed them more carefully. It would have also been nice not to find light bulbs on the bottom of a box under very heavy tools! The loaders were good about wrapping everything though there were some loose shelves left inside cabinets that should have been removed and wrapped separately. The unloaders were great. They left the boxes so that I could easily see the labels and they did not stack the boxes too high since I’m short. The driver, Allen, was very pleasant, well organized and good to work with.

It was a good experience. I did lose a painting which was in a picture box marked Fragile. I saw someone drop it off the truck to the pavement which destroyed the frame and broke the glass.

This was my first interstate move. Mayflower’s quote was reasonable, accurate (others were too high on weight). I was packed when expected and loaded also when requested. No damage, no breakage. One bookcase missing. Delivery took longer than hoped but within window quoted. All in all experience was as expected.

Our driver Peter was absolutely amazing. His calm, professional, humorous behavior helped give my wife and I confidence in the safety of our belongings all while helping us feel less stressed overall.

Packing boxes. If they could keep all items from one room and not pack other stufffrom different rooms. You, have to unpack and there could be stuff from every other room. Somewhat difficult unpacking. Maybe have an inventory of how many boxes for each room.

On loading day our truck driver Chris was the ONLY one loading our things. What should have taken 2 or 3 hours to load took 8 1/2 which was not only stressful on Chris was also stressful on us. We were a day late getting to our next place because it took all day to load the truck. In the future I feel that you need to make sure the truck drivers have the help they need to do the job no matter if it's a big or small job. We went with you because we had a great experience 12 years ago. If this would have happened back then I never would have went with you this time. You need to treat ALL customers the same. Also you need to give Chris a big bonus because he was awesome. Delivery day went really good because Chris had help and that day went like it should.

The packers in Florida were outstanding. When I was called in CA to know when my furniture was coming, I mentioned because we were moving into a mobile home park, the furniture may have to be shuttled in if the truck was too big. The comment was, “that’s a lot of work “. Something I didn’t expect to hear. I had several glass pieces and a lamp broken but I was so tired of moving and unpacking, I didn’t save the pieces or even take pictures. The door on my china hutch no longer closes properly and the door on one of my video cabinets won’t close.

Only issue was no one explained that Mayflower and United were the same company so when a United truck showed up the day of the move I was taken aback.

This was my first experience with a long distance move, Florida to Oregon. Mayflower and St. Pete Moving and storage were professional and courteous including the estimator, the move coordinator, the packeres and the driver. Mary Williams answered all my questions and the driver Paul Todd was cautious with our belongings and kept us informed on his progress across country. I highly reccommend this group.

We were on a very tight schedule and all the moving pieces had to fall in place. Packing, loading, going across country, unloading, and then unpacking all fell into place. We asked to get our goods delivered by 11/16/17 and we got it. Rick our driver was great.

I am 84 years old. My husband was in the Air Force for 33 years. We moved more than 30 times. The last time I moved was almost 20 years ago. I was worried about my move to AL but I can honestly say this was the BEST move I have ever experienced! From the packing to the loading to the move in, exceptional.JD Hall of Ocala was a true professional and just simply the best. He gave me confidence in a successful move and truly cared. His workers on both the load and offload obviously respected him. I simply could not ha e asked for a better experience.

The shipments arrived 2 days late even though we made arrangements over 4 months in advanced. Several items we damaged, destroyed, hardware to reassembly furniture lost.

The movers (Kelvin & Joe) were great. They went out of their way to make sure we had a successful and efficient move despite the fact that the dispatcher sent a moving fan that was too big for the neighborhood. There was not room for the van to turn around in the parking lot. As a result Kelvin and Joe had to take the furniture down an elevator and then move the furniture around the corner and down the street by had. As a result, the actual move out took twice as long as was necessary. The movers worked non-stop. I do not blame the van issue on the movers; instead, the dispatcher should have made a better assessment of the available space.

The Move coordinator was a fraud. Richard Wade pretended to have empathy for the situation, relocating the household items of an elderly parent (US ARMY Vet) with early dementia going into a Nursing Home. Richard Wade told me whatever I needed to hear to lock in the move, but in the end scammed my family, and threatened to keep the shipment if I didn't pay what he put on the paperwork...DO NOT TRUST MAYFLOWER...DO NOT USE THEM. Their own movers complained how they short them as employees!

The moving out experience was excellent. The driver had good people with him to perform the manual labor of packing and carrying the heavy furnitures into the truck. The moving in was terrible. The crew were nice but damages incurred on my bedroom furnitures legs. Cracks and deep scratches that caused the paint and part of the wood to slough off. The coordinator never reached back to me after I left a message to report these damages.

I am sorry but I am completely dissatisfied with the movers I am still trying to find glass tops to table which was not labeled by movers. My grand father clock was taken apart and not put back together I was told I have to pay to have it done. Nothing was labeled by movers. I have moved at least five times and I have never experience where the movers showed a total lack of concern for the items they moved. I will never use Mayflower or recommend Mayflower. I was completely taken by surprise. Please read the rating. Most of the people has the same problem. Furniture being taken apart unlabeled. My flat screen t.v's. was taken apart and cables boxed not lsbled there fore I had to buy cables in order to have cable company connect my t.v.'s. Only one t.v. was connected because my son taped the cables to the t.v. I still have not found glass top for tables. I was wrong in choosing Mayflower. Sir please make your movers more responsible for customer,s satisfaction.

Richard Wade of St. Pete Moving coordinated our move and he did a wonderful job, explaining everything and made us feel we would have a very smooth move from Florida to North Carolina. He exceeded our expectations during our move and went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us when things went from bad to worse. The scheduling was incorrect, the scheduling person Wendy was rude and blamed it on'miscommunication' and it cost us an additional $584.00. We were to close at 2:00 p.m. on April 18th and the truck driver advised he was delivering our belongings at 8:00 a.m. on April 18th. That was NEVER the plan! Wendy charged us the additional money and refused to change delivery until the 19th or 20th as originally planned AND we had to have our realtor leave the closing to meet the driver at 3:00 as we were still at the closing. It was ridiculous as they worked 2 hours and left!! They had to come back the 19th and spend the day anyway so why did we have to pay the extra money???

Overall move experience was fine. Movers were efficient and careful. Despite this, one of our occasional c hairs had a broken leg, and a large plaster Kuan-yin statue was shattered. I would like information on how to file a claim.

My overall experience was very good even though there were some problems along the way. I had low expectations because I have read many horror stories about commercial moving companies but was pleasantly surprised by Mayflower in many ways.

My realtor recommended your company and I am very satisfied with the experience-company did what they said they would do as far as contacting me with scheduling. Actual move went awesome at both ends-crews were hard working and professional.Driver-crew chief-Gary Mackin was terrific. Only thing that kept me from claiming a 5 on the survey satisfaction was the fact that there was damage to 2 pieces-1 rather minor-1 major. Was told it was probably a loading error. Did submit a claim form,so hopefully after all is resolved it will a A+ experience.

Our driver Bruce was excellent and kept us informed during the entire process, I would call and ask for Bruce again. the packers in Clearwater did an awesome job.
