Don and Cindy were amazing and we couldn’t have been happier with their help.

Everything went fairly well except for one item being broken (will file claim). One slight complaint around the delivery date; I was told it would likely deliver the first or second day as soon as it was picked up, I was told it would likely be the last day. It was delivered within the promised window, so I can't complain about that.

The overall move experience was satisfactory. The negatives would have been Phil Addicts needs to update his emails because they were continually wrong as far as what they were about my things would come after things had already happened I would get a note saying have you picked Mayflower when we've already signed contracts excetera so he needs to update his emails. The second one would have been the two Packers that came to pack me they were very nice young men and I have not found anything broken except for one pitcher so they did their job it just was a long day both packing and loading on the same day is too much for someone my age is 67.

I was beyond impressed! My Mayflower coordinators were in regular contact and even called me while the movers where in my home. I was given very clear and accurate information and everyone involved was friendly and professional. This was our first professional move and we will definitely be using Mayflower going forward - and I will be requesting Ira Burnett with Daryl Flood, specifically. Thank you for a great experience!

Overall, all persons involved were knowledgeable, helpful and communicated well and often. Our things were packed, loaded and delivered timely and on the schedule promised. My only question and “issue” is the method in which the amount of payment is determined. I would prefer to pay based on the actual weight and volume moved instead of on estimate made through a virtual survey 6 weeks before the move. Yes, there was method for adjustment but it was still not based on actual weight moved.

Overall experience was good. A couple of areas could be improved but I would use Mayflower again.

Excellent process from bidding/estimating through to move event. The only concern was one packer in Houston did not perform his packing duties at the same level as his crew members.

The craters in TX were a strong team. The PACKERS ran out of packing paper-which I offered to go pick up some glass table tops were broken during packing and some items were chipped or broken when unpacked in AZ (not finished as of 7/1/19). Some of the packed, precious 100 year old China was not packed correctly (I have pictures-packed with NO paper in between each piece; just stacks of plates, bowls smaller plates wrapped all together. Loved the two main movers... loved one helper in TX (Ron). The other two: 1st not experienced enough-he did not know how to wrap furniture at all and 2nd was not careful enough-we was running into wooden frames around doors and took shortcuts to enter smaller doorways vs using front door. On AZ side, the un-craters were nice enough and did a nice job. The moving helpers were okay. For our antique bookcase (150 years that had been refinished) they were not very careful, scratched base.

Great experience all around. Crew was timely and reliable. Everything made it from Houston to Boston in one piece without delay.

We were pleased with how careful and considerate the movers were with our belongings. The packing was done with adequate paper for cushioning the china and fragile items. The furniture was handled carefully, and reassembled correctly. The movers were easy to work with, and kept us informed about their progress. We were especially pleased with how quickly they were able to deliver to our new home.

The quote was very easy. I appreciated our contact working on price with us. The driver and movers were extremely professional and helpful.

The packers, loaders and driver all exhibited care and concern for our belongings. They were pleasant and efficient. The truck arrived as promised at origin and destination. Questions were answered by all team members along the way. The binding estimate was adhered to and there were no additional charges.The only issue was that when the packing was done many boxes were not labeled adequately. A few boxes had no labels and many just said "decor". The boxes with lamps and bed linens were not marked so it made unpacking more difficult. Overall the team did a wonderful job and our many fragile items made it safely. Thank you!

Driver was great, packers/unloaders broke table (claim filed). Upset that original scheduled unloaders did not show up at destination. Driver unload truck by himself for first 4 hours until help arrived from Denver warehouse.

Overall it was a good experience.

all aspects of the move were handled extremely well by thevmayflower folks and contractors with whom we interacted -- from the initial survey to the ongoing advice / support to the actual physical move, the customer service focus was outstanding -- everyone was personable and professional

They showed up when they said they would, their workers were clean and courteous, the driver kept us informed, and the only item that was damaged was a piece of glass that Mayflower had contracted out for crating.

Between the Sales representative and the actual Man in Charge Mover/Driver we were very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge of their areas of expertise. For the most part it was a very smooth transfer from one state to another.

Troy Box and his team were professional and prompt. They took great care in the packing and loading of our sisters belongings.

5 star for the company, workers, and transition...

It was a very tiring experience. I regard moving as similar to what it must be to go through the stage just before you go to Hell. I don't know if could have been made much better. I have moved numerous times before, but most were when I was younger and the arrangements and expense were covered by my employer. This one was different.

Everything was great, except the delivery of the furniture was a week late.

Both Kathy Cofer, the coordinator at Daryl Flood and Adrian, the truck driver, were excellent in their communication and professionalism. Thanks to both of them our move was painless.

The overall move experience would have been better if the bed hardware was found and the beds were put together and placed where they needed to be. The workers were great but communication from leaving address to new address could have been better so they could find parts. A few pieces of furniture were damaged that meant a lot to us. We learned a lot from this experience.

The drover was amazing and took time to understand the move and where we needed everything. He an his crew was quick but cautionary and took time to properly load the truck. If they were concerned about something, they brought it to our attention.

Everyone I had contact with was polite and helpful.prod Fessional and supportive. Willing to answer all questions and concerns. Kept me updated in a prompt manner.

The overall experience was wonderful. The packers packed everything safely, the driver arrived quickly and unloading was fast.

The driver, Frank, and his two crews really made the difference. Polite to a fault, energetic, and extremely hard working, they really took care of us. They were gentle with our furniture and our house. Really took care of us. I also liked that we knew the true cost of the move up front and that there were no hidden costs.

Technician was cheerful, helpful, careful, knowledgeable of procedures,and he listened well.

Loading people were very knowledgable and nice - Abby and her group. People three men team who unloaded the contents were just SUPERB.

Moving boxes could have been lighter

Ronnie & Gus and their crew both in Texas and California were fantastic. I was so impressed with their dedication, skills and organization! Thank you so much!

Packers did excellent. Would have been helpful if I was given considerations of my furniture size when moving for limited capabilities of furniture fitting in the apartment. Movers did well getting the furniture into to very tight spots. Not happy that one big box I packed is missing and it contains irreplaceable 6 yrs of yearbooks w/ special signatures and can't get my contact person to call me back. Will keep trying. My things have to be somewhere.

Both the packing crew and loaders/driver were extremely efficient, very professional and generally good guys. Immediately took any stress we were anticipating away!

Easy to contact. Easy to set up evaluation at home. unfortunately some items were damaged/broken in transit and some items were left behind or packed and moved that were not mine. So I had to ship some items via USPS which was VERY expensive and now I'm trying to figure out how to ship back an expensive piece that is not mine and is quite over sized.

Everything arrived in good order

It was a great experience. All the teams/individuals involved were very prompt in responding to questions. The way they interacted gave me lot of confidence about the quality of the move amd that my belongings were in safe hands.

Overall our move went very well. Rick, the driver, supervisor of the move was a pleasure to deal with. All the persons involved in our move were pleasant and respectful.

Matt & Jacoby were the finest men and took very good care of my furnishings. I felt very comfortable in them handling my property. I felt as if they were friends. I would recommend them to my friends. It was a good experience in a trying situation.

Move personnel were all helpful and responsive. The driver was not pleasant and actually was rude at the end of the move. I was very satisfied with Mayflower except for him.

Daryl Flood knows who to hire....top notch professionals from the survey technicians (Joey Biasatti to Kathy to Stephanie Renfield and the packers....everyone we came in contact with during the move....SUPERB

Representative and the driver did not have the same inventory pages of what was to be moved but it was cleared up quickly.

Our movers were able to get our stuff out before Hurrican Harvey hit the shore. They stayed in good contact with us, and got us moved in quickly with no damage to our stuff!

Great experience, totally professional. Only request: include debris removal at the end of the move in the total price - I've moved 5 times and everyone did this except Mayflower so it was unexpected.

Everything went so smoothly from start to finish. From packing to loading to delivery. Everything in tack. They treated all our belongs like they were theirs.

Daryl Flood did an excellent job as the origination agent. The van driver who actually did the move was outstanding.

Excellent customer service. Everything went smoothly.

Overall, my experience was good. there were some challenges, including miscommunication to me about moving clay pots, a two-day delay in delivery, and a missing piece to my solid cherry antique dresser. No one seems to be able to find that.

From packing to loud out and in has been one of the most stress free and enjoyable moves we have ever had, and this was our 34th move. Jeff Brown is a master at his profession!!!!!!!!!! Exception: 3rd party crate builder on the packing built the wrong box as per the guy on the unload end and he was rude and ask on the phone if he really had to come out on a Sat. couldn't it wait till Monday,,,,, Mr. Brown noticed as well because I asked him "was it me or was the guy rude.."

We enjoyed everyone we worked with. Kathy was great about following up and keeping us updated. Our movers were professional and very thorough. We were impressed by their work ethic, they worked quickly and efficiently. Plus everyone was genuinely kind to us.

Sales and marketing and onsite walk through/estimating were timely, efficient and personable. Packing and loading crew were also the delivery crew. Absolute best in my 10 moves over 40 years!

The move was great. Everyone I had contact with was great to work with. We hd a short notice move and were worried about getting there in time ... Mayflower and the Daryl Flood crew were fantastic. Exceeded expectations!

The move was excellent. Stephen was great! The area that could be improved upon was when the walk through estimate was done. I had to call many times to clarify things. I felt like I ended up doing his job for him. He asked me what he had missed at one point and I felt like he had been here and that was his job. He saw everything when we did out walk-through. Otherwise, everything went beautifully.

Absolutely the BEST move experience I have ever had. Daryl Flood Mayflower is a superb company. Joseph Biasatti, Kathy Cofer and Joe Gonzalez were the perfect team and provided excellent communication and care for my sanity and my furniture!

The professionalism of the Mayflower team was exemplary. We appreciated the multiple emails from the Mayflower team that kept us well informed. We were disappointed in the unload at the storage unit. We cannot navigate inside the storage unit to get to boxes at the back of the unit.

Nothing was lost. Hardware for all disassembled items was packed in a separate box and labeled well, so it was difficult to lose hardware or get confused about its purpose.

My overall experence was very possitive from start to finish.

Everything went smooth until driver was in the area. I got a call saying he would be there in 3 hours, not the 24-48 hours I was told.

This was my third time using Daryl Flood Mayflower. I was kept informed and changes to accommodate my timing were well received and processed with ease. Driver, packers/movers were professional and excellent at their jobs. Moving is stressful but my stress level was definitely mitigated due to all the good Mayflower people involved in my move.

Mayflower was prompt and professional when meeting and providing estimate. They showed up on time to pack and showed up early to move. They did everything they said they would do and there were no surprises on the final bill.
