I moved from Columbus, OH to Englewood, CO. The crew on the Columbus side was AMAZING. They were helpful, friendly, patient, professional and efficient. On the CO end, we had a driver and 2 crew. They were helpful, professional and efficient.

No pain whatsoever. On time and budget; no damage or loss.

Glenn Rutter and Tim were both a pleasure to deal with and are very professional.

The process was smooth and seamless from beginning to end

over all it was very good

The move was pretty good. Only a few mishaps and I will have to make a claim for some damage.

The packers were great, but the truck driver was not very reliable. Did not have good communication from him about pick up and delivery. Did not call when we were told he would. Never knew for sure when he would be there for loading or unloading.

I THOUGHT THAT YOUR PEOPLE, THE DRIVERS, PACKERS, AND MOVERS, WERE EXTREMELY CONGENIAL AND POLITE. THEY SEEMED TO CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE THEY DELIVERED/

Overall, the move went smoothly. Getting art boxes and wardrobes from Herlihy was extremely helpful. Loading in Ohio went well, but a better way to inventory goods using electronics would be time-saving and more efficient. Waiting for goods to be delivered was frustrating, but I understand cross country moves can be tedious. Unloading in AZ was extremely quick and efficient. I was set with a friend to check inventory as it came off the truck and movers were courteous in comparing numbers. They were also very careful in placing furniture, and proactive in not trying to hide any damage.

Excellent service and exceeded expectations. Giving Brian and Sean and the Ohio crew all the credit. The mover in Michigan who showed up late and did more talking was more of nuisance than anything. We acknowledge the work he did do, but he has a long way to go in working in a team environment. Also, 2.5 hour delay should not be tolerated from the Michigan crew. Brian and Sean did the majority of the work and that was not fair.

It was really a bad experience, first, If you check your records it will show that the consignment was delivered on 11/22 but actually it delivered on 11/28. I never understood the reason why you have wrong date at the first place even after notifying multiple time. So I assume, someone wanted to fake it intentionally. Second, I never across a person who speaks for the company, as per sales person, he is just sales guy and gets new business that ends there, as per the co-ordinator, she is just a coordinator, her job is to just let the customer know whatever information she has that's it!! Essentially, there was no one who could help me with an answer on where my consignment was when the it wrongly shows it was already delivered. Moreover, the sales person gave a verbal commitment that my shipment gets delivered in 4 days even through officially it shows 2 weeks standard delivery spread. It was so painful.

We had a great experience. For the most part, everything was packed very carefully and we haven't come across anything broken yet. It appears great care was taken with the majority of our things.

Clint, the driver, did an excellent job with his crew! He was professional, organized and efficient. He did an outstanding job!! His Ohio crew was certainly more experienced and hard working. I was glad he brought Justin from Ohio to help with the move, he was extremely hard working.

Our crew was excellent. I was willing to help, but they had "a method" to their madness. Very efficient and organized. Service was truly exceptional. I felt they went went way above what they were called to do!!!! I would highly recommend this crew and this company!!!

Starting with Brandon coming to my home for an estimate all the way through the move it was as easy as I could have wished for. Tabatha was always available and able to answer any question or concern.

Everything went smoothly. All furniture in good condition. Movers there at time stated and professional.

Gene was a joy to work with and he was very professional.

Brandon and Tabitha were both great to work with. My issue is with the driver and his wife,JD and Nancy. JD was obnoxious and lied to us about nt charging extra and Nancy was deceitful as she told me at the end I was only initializing that we received our belongings but not that they were charging us extra.JD even told my husband point blank that there would not be an extra charge. This is a terrible thing to do to someone who has put their faith in you and already paid yiu over $11,000 dollars.

From the initial quote to completion of the delivery, everything was handled in a very straight forward and professional manner. All questions that we had though out the process were answered quickly. Brandon Nye who was our initial contact and quoted the job, Tabatha Rosier our move coordinator and in particular our drivers, Shawn and Bryan did an outstanding job. They took what can be a very stress filled evolution and made it a pleasant experience.

The furniture was moved to my Granddaughters home and I was not present when it arrived. The secretary desk had a broken bottom post that she pointed out to them but then signed off that every thing was OK. I was disappointed that she did not put a claim on it. Overall move experience was great. Had constant contact with Mayflower and the moving companies involved.

The driver is outstanding but unfortunately There was one day delay. Filed claim but still waiting response.

The crew were very professional and easy to work with. They handled the move efficiently. We were very pleased. Herilye always handles our local moves, as we believe they are the best in the business. They continued to exceed our expectations with this long-distance move! Great job!!

I had 2 delivery locations. The house I'm going to live in and storage. They didn't deliver several items to my house and put them in storage which I am unable to reach unless I move everything out of the unit. So basically I don't have a dining room table, high chair for my son, one of our televisions and several minor items.

I was mostly satisfied with the process, and its simplicity but there were some issues that I encountered. The consultant who came to my apartment for an estimate assured me that all of my furniture would fit into 2 crates. He seemed knowledgeable and I trusted him in this respect. When the movers arrived, they were adamant that this wasn't the case, and told me I should have ordered 3 crates. I also told them that I wanted all of my furniture to go, but didn't care so much if I needed to remove some of the boxes from the transport. One of the movers told me they were the experts and they would pack the crates. When the 2nd crate was getting packed, I had to plead with them to attempt fitting in the couch and the bed (I was hoping they would put one of these in the first crate) but unfortunately, both of these didn't fit in the same crate, and I had to leave my couch behind. - men who connected W&D hooked the hoses to the opposite faucets (cold to hot, and vice versa)

We had a specialist out to look at our goods we were moving. The day of the move, the packers could not get everything in. I could understand if it was a box or two, as we could find a way to ship those. However, they packed all the boxes first so we were left with a nice bike and part of a coffee table (as they had packed the glass in an early crate) that we had to leave behind with no chance of keeping. Put a bad spin all an otherwise good move.

The driver of the moving truck was awesome. He did a great job getting everything loaded and unloaded. The packers did a wonderful job as well.

The overall moving process was very good. Starting with my initial contact through the moving assistant to receiving our furniture. Everyone was very professional, kind and considerate. Our items were handled with care. This experience was better than I expected. Excellent job!

My overall description of my move would be nightmare! My experience with Ryan Will from Stacey Moving and storage was definitely positive, he was very kind and went out of his way to be helpful. Cannon Patschke move coordinator worked well, however could use a little more empathy or compassion when dealing with customers who have had missing or destroyed items and timely arrival of belongings. I don't know who to be upset with Mayflower, Stacey Moving,or Planes!I I do believe I had a total of 4 moves of my belongings off and on trucks, in and out of warehouses! I know I only have one chance to fill out a claim form so I must wait and live without much needed items until I thoroughly check out everything, which I might add I average finding something that has been scratch or broken!

The crew in Ohio was a pleasure to work with. Things went as smoothly as possible I suppose.

The loading crew said several racist comments which I found to be shocking and extremely unprofessional. It left me with a very negative perception of the company.
