Great job overall considering my short notice. Drivers that picked up the load were considerate of our belongings in handling and packing. The load was delivered faster than quoted and the drivers went the extra mile to insure my satisfaction. Communication with the set up, billing and drivers met my needs as the customer.

My experience was wonderful. Of course with a cross country move I was stressed out to begin with. From my initial contact where some one CAME OUT to give me an estimate and until my home was delivered it could not have gone smoother. There was contact with me as the time came closer and updates all along the way. I was even informed when the possibility of a few minutes later than the short window I was given for delivery might be missed. Corelius Cooper and Bennie of Armstrong Relocation & Companies; United; , were super and so professional Gentlemen.

The loading crew was not good at all. However, Andrea the unloading mover was amazing.

The pre-move as well as pack up experience was fantastic. Our delivery did become frustrating due to the fact that the date changed multiple times and we weren't given a hard delivery date until I expressed some concern. Our unload experience was lovely though our things didn't arrive until 2 hours after the window communicated and no effort was made to notify us of the delay.

Assembly of furniture was not correct but not visible until the crew had left. Drawers were not operating properly and several pieces of hardware missing. Damage to two pieces of large furniture. Move out process was unnecessarily slow.

Todd Jackson pumped us up to receive a great move, but the experience went downhill from him.we were assigned four different drivers before the move was made. In the meantime awarehouse crew came and moved our furniture into the fort Worth storage, resulting in extra handling. When we fin ally got delivery many pieces were damaged, including broken curio cabinet glass, that the packing crew packed. Wooden furniture was damaged or broken. We need to file a claim, but as of yet no paperwork to do so. We are not happy!

Been really hard to obtain straight information throughout the process. Heather Pennebaker has been very helpful in organizing and keeping me up to date with the current status of my move. JAson, Mars and Aris who unloaded my delivery were EXCELLENT and made the process as easy as possible. My issues stemmed for mthe origin pickup being multiple hours late on the pick-up window, after explictilty asking for a certain window for my pick-up, and being assured by all my move coordinators that this was fine. This made me lose a day of travel and I had to pay for a hotel room an extra night. Also, my delivery was 17 days late, past the final day of the delivery window. And upon delivery my bed was packed improperly, with no cover/shrinkwrap/blankets ANYTHING. Causing both the mattress cover and orthopedic base to be completely ruined. Also the origin packers lost the feet to my orthopedic base so it is useless.

To begin with the sales person Todd Jackson was very professional and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and concerns. He was very responsive and I will highly reccommend him to my family and friends. The driver Derek Covey and his moving partner Lamar were amazing. I was so impressed by the way they packed and made sure everything was labeled and moved to the truck in a timely manner. They were so friendly but paid very close attention to every detail. There were a few bumps in the road unpacking once arrived in NC. Derek and Lamar once again did a great job unpacking and identifying some issues. I believe Derek reported those concerns. The only negative comment I would make was the young man that helped the guys that day was not someone I would reccommend. He was careless about bringing in boxes and created some scratches on the floor due to his carelessness. Talked way too much on his cell phone!

Our belongings were delivered in 2 shipments. The overflow delivered first. 2 week later remained delivered. Bed units delivered 1/2 upstairs and one downstairs. Called for a quote to assemble bed, quoted $1600.00. Our household is still upside down, cannot unpack clothes because dressers were left downstairs. Short handed crew used both times Easter weekend. This was my third cross country move with Mayflower and I am seriously disappointed. I should not have to contract 3rd party movers to get my furniture in the proper place. Please call. The driver and the personnel that off loaded the furniture were excellent. the dispatch and the extra lad that was picked up after we were at out destination not at all acceptable. To put an extra load on at the last minute caused us time delays that made the move impossible for me to be part of. I had to leave my wife handling the move. I had to proceed to work. do to the lack of communication with the truck driver dispatch and us, the move was terrible. I expected items at my new home three day earlier than when it arrived. I will not speak highly of Mayflower.
